This restaurant is actually THE BEST I recommend the steak and avocado salad but instead of sirloin steak use the ribeye they give you a lot of steak and it's cooked perfectly I would rate this place a 10 if I could!

My Family and I are spending the week in Meeker for vacation riding our UTVs and have enjoyed several of the restaurants available. BY FAR, Outfitter’s Diner is the absolute BEST!!! Every entree we received was prepared perfectly and the taste was more than we expected. Our server, Mandy, was just fantastic and brings so much positive energy to the restaurant. She was a true joy to talk with!! Can’t wait to try the cinnamon roll later tonight ?We will for sure be planning another visit here again before we head back home this weekend. We appreciate it!!

Sat down fast,waited for food for awhile, but everything was decent,not amazingly good but good to finally get the meal.Did not try dessert,although it seems popular! Maybe my out look would have been different if I was not famished from working when I was there.If your looking for a quick bite to eat, maybe go somewhere else. If your out with family and friends, then this place is good.Maybe try to make reservations!

I have never been to Outfitter's Diner or Meeker, CO but I am writing this review to highlight Outfitter's top notch customer service. My dad had a knee replacement in Meeker and was unable to leave to pick up food the first day after surgery. I quickly found out there is no DoorDash or UberEats in Meeker (who knew?!) and that most restaurants don't deliver. I called Outfitter's and explained the situation to the owner Mandy who, with no hesitation, agreed to deliver food to my dad despite her shift having already ended. I was blown away by how kind, understanding, and generous she was making this offer and just so happy that I could get my dad a fantastic meal delivered right to his door. He ordered the crispy chipotle chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a side of green chile cheese fries - and boy did he order well! It was his first great meal out of the hospital and for that I am forever grateful to Mandy and Outfitter's for going above and beyond. I don't know if I'll ever be in Meeker but if I am, you better believe I'm going to Outfitter's!!!
The new location is an improvement. My wife really liked her meal. I had a steak avocado burrito. The steak was overcooked and tasted more like twice cooked leftover grissel. We had requested a take-out order and our waitress, being human, forgot to submit the additional order. Giving credit where due, the service was good, the place was clean, and because of the forgotten order, our meal was free.

Look... The best food in town for the prices you pay, No debate... But I have to be honest trying to catch them open when they say they are going to be open is upsetting. With no warning or explanation they will close for days. Discouraging... If you can actually catch them open get in there it will be worth it.

If you are in Meeker you are dining here. Outfitters tops my charts as a secret dinning gem in the middle of nowhere. Though a little on the lricey end you will not regret anything you get here.
