I grew up in Meeker, and it’s honestly sad to see such a longtime staple go downhill the way it has. I recently gave it another try after several years away, mainly because my last experience left me sick and unimpressed. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t much better. I’ve been sick since leaving the restaurant, and even the tea tasted moldy. The service itself was decent, but overall it was really disappointing to see how much things have changed.
We stopped in for lunch today and the table we were sat at felt waxy and we were offered another table by the server and she walked away. We moved ourselves and then ordered a BLAT with our side being onion rings. The BLAT was passable but with only one bite of the onion ring my husband refused any more and asked for a replacement of fries. When the bill came we were charged $5 for the fries and were told because the onion rings were prepared we had to pay for the fries. Several...read full review
