Used to order here all the time now with new owners/ employees that are there I will never go again. None of them speak English and were extremely rude when I didn’t get my order delivered. And said it’s not their problem to take it up with door dash. Even though I ordered through littles Cesar’s app, not door dash.
I’m just going through Dominoes in Johnstown from here on out

Detroit Pizza may have well been bread sticks with pepperoni. Does any place have managers and train people any more. Why would anyone make a pizza with almost no sauce. Place has turned into a joke and I'm not sure why anyone in Milliken stills orders from here.
Obviously with the replies from the owner either nothing has been addressed or it's heard by deaf ears. Always strive to do better but never do.

Didn’t receive half my order and the store manager refused to give me a refund.
I ordered pizza from Little Cesar’s app, which was convenient since I needed it to feed my kids while I was at work. However, it turned out that Little Cesar partners with DoorDash, and when I called the store to inquire about my missing items, the manager told me it was the delivery driver’s fault.
I then called the DoorDash driver, but she didn’t speak any English. Since I speak Spanish, I explained the situation to her, but she insisted that it was Little Cesar’s fault for not providing her with all the items. After over an hour of phone calls, I felt like I was getting nowhere.
In the end, my boyfriend ended up picking up the pizzas for my kids. The manager and his employee were very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about making the situation right. I will never go to this location again, even though I used to order from them weekly. As long as you don’t get the wrong order or missing items, I suppose it might be okay for you.

This location has had good customer service and good service for many years. They normally have random basic pizza ready, in case you don't like to wait. They recently have new owners, I have not noticed any changes in service, but I will keep you posted.

This location has treated my grandmother unfairly multiple times. She has a language barrier but is very clear that she wants a pepperoni pizza. Each time she goes in, they tell her they “don’t accept cash or card” and that orders can only be placed online.
However, when I go in myself, I have never been told this and have had no issue ordering in person. This inconsistency is extremely concerning.
My grandmother is an older Latina woman, and it truly feels like she is being dismissed or turned away because of her age and language barrier. All she is trying to do is buy a pizza. No one should be treated this way.
This experience is frustrating, hurtful, and unacceptable. I hope management treat older customers and those who do not speak perfect English better.

Always had a decent experience with this location in Milliken until tonight. Card readers didn't work and had to turn a lot of customers down because of it in the 20 minutes I was there. I paid cash but the cashier was busier with personal phone calls in a different language than getting food out the door and accommodating customers at the counter. Pizzas and other boxes ready to go items sitting in front of him while on the phone. No pizzas or bread sticks ready to go at all. Customers that were there before me waited way longer than me that did online orders or delivery drivers waiting longer for no reason. Pizza was burnt because it sat at the end of the oven for too long to be boxed...... Just snowballed into a bad experience but it was a stack of every bad thing that could happen did it seamed like.

My friend and I came in one night after the bar pretty late. The cashier was extremely friendly and outgoing and made us laugh. I would come again not just for the food but to see him again. He definitely made our night 😌

Ordered food at 6:30, food got delayed at 7:00, dasher was confused because food wasnt there. Called the store to see what was going on, and they were extremely rude, then said it’s “not our problem, take it up with doordash.” After i tried being as nice as possible, no guidance, and then he promptly hung up. And i tried calling back again, but the call got sent to voicemail.
APPALLING customer service.
Knew i shouldn’t have given little Caesars a shot.

Super disappointing since they sold. It’s disgusting that they don’t do the cheese sauce with the pretzel crust anymore. Used to be the best, they’re not good anymore. So sad..
Called in the afternoon to an employee, called around 6:30pm for a birthday order. No phone service, they don't accept online orders! 2025! so I talk to outsourced phone service, they don't care. They said I needed to go inside to make the order and wait. I'll be going to a different LC every time, the owner of this one doesn't know what he/she are doing.
These people are charging 10 bucks for a liter of soda....ripping people off as hard they can
