This is the best Mexican in all of the Vail area. The prices are really reasonable and the food has such great authentic flavor. Definitely reminds me of all the small restaurants throughout Mexico that showed me how good their cuisine really is. I love the enchiladas and smothered burrito. Wife's favorite is chicken quesadilla. Their chorizo is some of the best I have had in the states. If you are a meat lover try the Cubano sandwich. It has all the meat!!!
To be fair this is In Minturn, where eating options aren't the best. Food was typical Mexican you can find almost anywhere, but is certainly affordable when sticking to a budget during a ski/snowboard getaway.
Great food.. I used to come here from eagle all the time. Glad they opened one there now. Had to come back for a visit! I try to get over here for menudo on the weekends with a buddy. They always have fresh onion, cilantro etc. Anyone passing through won't disappointed with the food or price in my view.
