We recently ate at Kirby Cosmos BBQ in Minturn after reading reviews from motorcycle lovers. We are in our late seventies with lots of gray hair and figured if this place was good enough for motorcycle lovers, which we are not, it had to be great. And it was! It will definitely be our favorite very casual Vail Valley BBQ joint when we are craving that kind of food. Dress casual and give it a try!

A rare gem. Being from Texas, I’m always skeptical of BBQ anywhere else. I was very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic food! I had the pulled pork sandwich and my buddy had the brisket. The fries are perfectly cooked.
