The Historic Minturn Saloon is full of history & delicious food. The service is excellent. We enjoyed our time at Minturn Saloon very much.

This establishment adds a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. NOWHERE was this information made available to patrons. It was not listed anywhere on the menu, nowhere on the website, not posted outside, and the server said nothing when we asked if we could use credit cards. This is dishonest business on the part of the owner. We will not return to this restaurant, and we will tell our friends to avoid this restaurant.

Great dining experience. Long time local who has only been to the Saloon several times for happy hour, which is always fantastic. Had guests in town and thought this would be a nice dinner and experience and it was. Food was fabulous and remember the servings are very large. Also, killer mac and cheese

it's a vail valley classic that I've been going to since college, but haven't been in the past two years since the remodel. The menu has been very much slimmed to down to a few serviceable but not memorable items. it's also gotten notabily more expensive for what you are getting. The Birria tacos are really a shortrib quesadilla for like $36.

This has quickly become one of our favorite places to go when we are in Beaver Creek. The food and decor is fantastic and the service is over an above - EXCELLENT! They are friendly, knowledgeable and just fun. It's a must!

The place was great. Nice ambience and vibe. It's expensive like anywhere you visit close to ski resorts. The quality of the food was very good. My Kale Caesar was over dressed, would have been great otherwise. My fish tacos were excellent. The service was sooo fast which was great but we did feel that our server was rushing us out. Wisking away plates off the table very quickly. Clearing one person”s dishes while the other was still eating.

Great spot for a casual meal away from the craziness of Vail and Avon. Would definitely go back.

If you are an anti-vaccine individual, welcome, this is your spot. I was fired because I had leukemia and had to wear a mask after my chemotherapy. I was told masks were not ever allowed and that I needed to leave, immediately. I don’t know who discriminates against a cancer patient but Connie most certainly does. I was forced to listen to her anti-vaccine rant after I was let go even though my situation had zero to do with Covid and zero to do with vaccines. I thought about suing but figured it wasn’t worth it, ignorant minds are tough to change and it was not about $ but forwarding understanding of someone with a legal disability . The husband is nice enough but the wife is really difficult to understand or find empathy for.
FYI- the building does look much better

My friends and I had an incredible meal at this place. Superb menu and spicy margaritas. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Recent remodel looks great and the service was so friendly. I tried the elote dip, blue corn bison enchiladas and the brownie. First time trying bison and I will eat again. Mmmmmmmmm!

Can't say enough about how great of a time we had at The Saloon! The food was fantastic, the margaritas are every bit as good as I heard they were and the service was excellent. Plus, it has such a cool vibe. The hostess, Mary, truly made our night with all of her tips for visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

this was our second visit this summer to the refreshed Minturn Salon. The patio is great and very enjoyable. Out server did a decent job and our order arrived promptly. I had the Chicken Fajitas which were just ok. the portion size is good but the sides of lettuce, tomato. sour cheese and chess is on the stingy side.... especially the cheese was lacking. The sizzling platter of chicken and veggie was pretty good, a bit on the spicy side but nothing too outrageous.....it was heavy on the oily side which could be improved. My wife had the Fish tacos and enjoyed them very much. The cornbread side is very good.
