What an awesome spot! Reminded me of growing up in southern Cali(owner from there)in the 90s. The owner was really friendly and inviting. As far as the food, the cali burrito was the best ive had in CO. Great quality meat, amazingly flavored, right amount of potato and the red and green salsas were on point. My wife ordered some tacos and they were excellent as well. Absolutely recommend this gem in Minturn.

We usually love RMT and eat at the minturn and eagle vail locations frequently. Over the past few months quality hasn’t seemed as great as it used to be. Got chips and queso for the first time and the queso was on par with tostitos cheese dip from the grocery store which was disappointing for $7. Everything else is fine but just fine when I feel like I used to be impressed with the quality.

I went on the night of a snowstorm to Get food for my cranky girlfriend and they were open! It was cheap, fast , the workers were VERY nice . The first time i went here my company took us here for lunch so obviously they are loved by many.
Plus they have really cool Skateboards hanging everywhere, loved looking at them
