I went on the night of a snowstorm to Get food for my cranky girlfriend and they were open! It was cheap, fast , the workers were VERY nice . The first time i went here my company took us here for lunch so obviously they are loved by many.
Plus they have really cool Skateboards hanging everywhere, loved looking at them

Visited Rocky Mountain Taco in Minturn with friends and our combined nine kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The tacos, burritos, and salsa were all delicious. The vibe is laid-back and fun, with skateboards decorating the walls. The town of Minturn itself is charming and funky, giving off that authentic Colorado mountain town feel. We’ll be back for more!
