Awesome spot to eat in Minturn. It has an epic motif of artsy skateboards on the wall and the menu rocks. As a vegan in the area, I typically default to mexican so I can mix and match a burrito or something. The fantastic part about rocky mountain taco is that they have 2 vegan options on their menu! I recommend the Yo Soy Hippee option.They also have a whole bunch of awesome salsas and some very cool (and very un-vegan) cremas.

RMT is the place to go for outstanding food, service and atmosphere ? everything on the menu is delicious! Chips n Salsa like no other! I don't know what's better their tacos/burritos or their burgers! Always a tough choice. The owner is most always there and a real stand up guy. We're lucky to have them!

Everything is delicious! The Korean BBQ is especially good, I wish they sold that sauce by the bottle! The boards on the wall remind you that decks are true pieces of art. Don't forget you can get your RMT fix down valley in Gypsum now too!

Very cool taco place apparently related to the famous Rocky Mountain Taco truck. I had the white chick grilled chicken taco (my favorite) and the tilapia taco (just OK; I wish the tilapia had been seasoned better and grilled but that's on me for not asking). My husband had some sort of giant beef burrito, and he loved his as well. We loved the free stickers and salsa bar, too. The service was very friendly and the food was prepared fresh. Perfect little lunch spot!
