Hands-down one of the best fly shops I've been to coast to coast. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly and just died like to talk to.

I love the owners, the food and the people I meet! Best place I've ever worked hands down

Best cucumber margarita ever, the food and service is excellent, I'd take a photo of what I ordered but I ate it already.

Yum! We stopped in here after hiking Meadow Mountain, very authentic Mexican food. The guacamole is fresh and delicious, kids loved the chicken quesadillas, yummy burrito and the owner was so nice to our children, giving them a small dessert at the end. Great affordable, quick stop for fresh, delicious Mexican food.

Stopped in because our favorite Thai place in town was closed due to slow season....thank you for being open we were hungry! Really nice service, order at the counter type of place. They have a huge menu and everything was reasonably priced. The food was good and there was plenty. My favorite part was the chips & guac....huge portion of guac and it was really good!

We moved from Dallas to Denver 5 months ago and have not had a decent Mexican meal since ... until we stumbled on this gem. It tasted like home.

Such a nice surprise to find Gardunos. A friendly and casual small restaurant with authentic Mexican food. Very tasty, very distinctive, not something you generally get to experience outside of Mexico.

Great authentic Mexican food with a casual friendly family atmosphere. We thought the guacamole was excellent. Our dinner included a gordito, chile relleno, and chicken in mole sauce. Distinctive flavors, not just generic Mexican food. This is a small family-run place, very welcoming and enjoyable. A nice surprise to find it on our first visit to Minturn!

It's real, it's really good. But not for everyone. If you like your Mexican food "watered down", go to Fiesta Jalisco in Avon or Fiestas Mexican Café in Edwards. But if you are familiar with the real stuff, this is the place for you, or if you've ever wondered what real Mexican food tastes like (YUMMY!)), to check this place out. A nice varied menu offers familiar favorites to more adventurous plates and Menudo and Posole on weekends. It's so nice to have this place around. Yummy.

The person that took our order didn't seem to know much about the menu. The food was really good. Fajitas were tender and good flavor.

This place is really hit or miss. I've had some fantastic food here, and some absolutely disgusting. The tacos are absolutely boring, unappealing, and tasteless. The mole and enchiladas are really good. 50/50 chance of awesome or awful.

If you're looking for fabulous Mexican food in a restaurant where English is the second language, this is your place! I had the pastor torta, my wife had gorditas (one chicken, one pork). Everything was delicious! Update: second stop. Just as delicious!

Food was average Mexican. My main complaint is the service. Apparently there is another location in Edwards. They use the same menu but it seems some things are not available at the Minturn location. I asked for the kids quesadilla with chicken. "Sorry, only at the Edwards location". What? Do you have other things on the kids menu? "Yes". Do you have quesadillas? "Yes". You can't make a kids size? "No". Fine. Give me the full size one. Entrees on menu listed as coming with red, black, or refried beans. I'll have my enchiladas with black beans please. "Sorry, only at Edwards location. Here only refried". Seriously? Fine. Give me the refried. Ok, one of the reasons we went to this place is that Yelp says they have free WiFi. It wasn't immediately obvious what to connect to so I ask the guy if they have WiFi. "Yeah, but I don't know the password." Ok. Who knows it. "My boss, she is in Vail". Can you ask for it? "No". Really? I just saw you texting someone while I was waiting here to place my order. Can you call or text her? "Fine". Never heard back. I'll end by saying the young kid taking orders had the WORST attitude. He seemed to be annoyed by everything, especially the customers.

Driving my son across the country to college we got off looking for lunch and ended up here. Thankful that the local Park Ranger suggested it or we might have missed it. The food is authentic and the salsas are delicious. Order several different things and then share.
