Visited today (16 Nov 19) and it's open and delicious! Great atmosphere, away from the Vail tourists, great service, and great food. Husband had the Westside Omelet and Chia Tea and loved both. At the recommendation of our waitress, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with veggie chili and devoured it instantly. I also had the Grand Mimosa (trad mimosa with Grand Marnier) which is delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was great! We would recommend this restaurant! Check it out if you are in Minturn. Service was good. The bartender was in training but no one was there training him. It took awhile to get waited on and to get food. They were not busy.

We came for breakfast. I am not a breakfast person, but they had a bunch of brunch options available. I got a chicken and waffles.... Delicious. Incredible food. My whole table was very impressed. We will be back.

I had a concoction featuring Pecan Pie Moonshine. Hubby had the house Margarita, which was HUGE. Honestly, all portions are very generous and yummy. We tried two menu items from the SW chef selections and were very pleased, but each item was enough for a family of four. Y'all, they close in April for the off season, but may not re-open w/o YOUR SUPPORT. So get your appetites over here and partake of some goodness. Almost forgot to mention the home-made biscuits! Amazing!!! I could make a meal from those with sides of butter and the berry jam. OMG. Heaven! Just GO!!!!!

Impeccable service! Fantastic food! The house bloody Mary was worth the trip alone. The pork Benedict was, bear none, the best Benedict ive ever had? Definitely order the gluten free muffin with raspberry jam.
