We went through the drive thru. The worker who handed our food over was friendly and helpful. However, we were not offered napkins or ketchup. I thought ketchup would be in the boxes, and I didn't realize we weren't given napkins until it was too late and we had already driven off.

My friend and I both got a chicken tenders meal box. The chicken was hot, but had a slight burnt aftertaste. I think the oil it were fried in probably needed to be changed....

The crew here at Dairy Queen are so professional nice and fast with your fresh orders great food super I've cream treats and all your classic favorite My face is the Peanut Buster Parfait and the Dilly bars ? downtown Monte Vista Colorado ??????

The service for the food ordering was clear, but the directions for each item weren't meant, like having every condiment on a burger while I just wanted mustard, when I came back for just a mustard burger, the gave me a plain burger with no condiments on it.
