Came through to order lunch for the family, I asked for a Chicken sandwich #11 with no lettuce and add tomato. They did not add tomatoes and the sandwich I ended up with was smaller that the kids meal sandwich. I asked for a large water with flavor in it and they did not upsize my drink. I ordered a kids meal and the lady that took my order couldn't seem to here me because she made me repeat myself 4 times.... Grill cheese was cold and they loaded our cups full to the top with ice and little drink. Very disappointed.

Our food was a disaster. Raw corn dogs cold fries. Our server was very friendly & helpful

Tots were over cooked. Everytime I go there the same thing. I give them a chance to redeem themselves but what do I get overcooked tots. If I wanted potato chips I would have got chips. Very sad this store isn't even busy check your cook times on tots

I hate to say bad things about restaurants unless it's well earned. Our order included fries which tasted like straight dirty cooking oil. We ordered an ice cream blast and the ice cream was melted!! It was pretty awful. And very disappointing because we don't eat out much. The staff was friendly but I don't think good things are going on in that kitchen. And I can't imagine how long that cup of ice cream was sitting out melting before they put Oreo on it and brought it to us
