The service was poor. Took forever to get our order only to find out that one of the items mere missing. Went inside to get the item and the item isn't available. Update your menu and please move faster. Ridiculuos! Pathetic! As usual. Total time spent waiting for a complete order was 25mins. We ordered online.

Usually love coming to this Sonic but tonight was ridiculous! The floor is dirty (spilled ice cream, pop, etc). We have waiting for 25 minutes for a grilled cheese and cheese fries, 4 waitresses standing around and told there is only one cook so nothing we can do about it. I offered advice to have someone help the cook instead of standing around or clean the floor at least and was told they aren’t trained to do either of those. I am disheartened in the fact that people do not give a helping hand or realize that it doesn’t have to be your job for you to step in and help.

I ordered my food on the Sonic app at 3:21 PM did not get my food until 4:20 PM, the lady that ordered before us got her food first I won’t be ordering from here again because waiting a whole hour for our food to come out is not unacceptable, especially from a fast food place
Help is always rude and laughing in background..speakers are never working..orders are never made correctly..whole experience sucked..not other Sonic I've patronized

Placed order online, when got here sat in stall over 30 minutes. They said it was on the way and we waited 15 minutes again. Pushed the call button and they said it was ready and would be right out, still waiting!
Food is served in a timely manner, efficiently with no long waits ever. The food and coffee is always fresh and good.
