We just left the Polished Bean and my breakfast burrito is so damn good I felt compelled to write this review, it can’t wait another minute. We love this place, we’ve taken to staying over in Monte Vista (versus Del Norte or south fork), just so we can hit it up in the morning. The ladies that work the counter and grill are so sweet. We drove by this place once because we thought it was a furniture shop. The front of the building is, but the restaurant is in the back and also has a drive through. Although it was a little hard to find, we enjoyed it and will stop in again!

My boyfriend and I had breakfast here. He had a breakfast burrito and drip coffee and I had avocado toast and a latte. Really, really good quality food and drinks!! Highly recommend this little gem!!
