Just ate lunch here today for the 1st time while passing through town. I can't believe we have never stopped here before! The food was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The chef even came to each table to say hi and make sure everything was delicious. From now on we will be eating here when passing through town!
Best Carne Asada I've had in Colorado. Maybe as good as I ever had in San Diego.Clean, friendly, fast and affordable.Don't visit Monte Vista without visiting Baldo's.My Wife insists I add that Baldo's has the best ground beef tacos... no grease but tons of flavor.

Food was great, I had asada tacos and my husband had steak fajitas. Prices were also good, usually in Denver you pay about $15 to $18 for a plate of fajitas our price was under $12.
