Worst Sonic ever. Hotdog was burnt black. Burger had more mayo than meat. God awful service. Manager was non existent and staff could not make it right. Super Suckey!Never going back to any Sonic.

I ordered the new pulled pork burger with an extra burger patty for my husband and a double bacon cheeseburger for me. We were looking forward to the food, but it turned out being a huge letdown. This Sonic has turned to trash as far as food goes.

I was going there every day for a Route 44 iced tea That's 50/50 half sweet half unsweet with extra ice and they can't even get the sweet tea sweet they forget to put sugar in it or they give you all unsweet tea or all sweet tea it's not that hard to figure

Need to add to previous review. The staff is even better than my last review!!! I was ordering with the app and screwed up the order. When I got to the restaurant I told them what is done and a great round lady went back and forth 4 times to my car to fix my mistake. Wonderful!!!Picked up a large order! The staff was great!
Worst service from any fast food place in the valley, they don't serve anyone at the stalls anymore...it has basically become a drive thru only....and every order I make always ends up wrong. Got to Dairy Queen...save yourself the hassle..

Prior to placing my order my brother had ordered and the patty’s were burnt so we decided to just order again because they were not to satisfactory and hopefully they wouldnt be burnt but they were still burnt even though there was a 30 min time difference of both orders.

We have pushed the order button at two stalls because we thought one was broken after not being answered for 10 full min. Pulled into another space and waited another 10 min only to have the gal say, sorry only the drive through is open. There were other people being served in the spaces. It was not close to closing. All I would have asked would be to have someone tell me on the microphone instead of sitting for 20 min before being told. I am not a complainer but this was so not customer friendly in any way. Very dirty window in drive through. I am considering not eating the food.
