Another terrible service experience. The little guy was working and was very stingy with bags. I paid for each donut, so how come I couldn’t ask for them to be in separate small bags? They were for separate people at different places. It was very upsetting to be yelled at and kicked out. He is a mean little creep.

Took my kids to Baskin Robbins and ordered a single scoop and kids creation. The single scoop was barely a scoop and the kids creation was like a tablespoon of ice-cream. So little ice-cream for $10! I felt ripped off. I felt like the employees were not trained.

I walked into Baskin-Robbins today to pick up the cake. I had ordered a week in advance. I stood around being ignored until a lady yelled from the back “are you waiting for something?” I said yes, she said “well what?” I said I’m waiting to be helped! When she finally had one of the 3 employees that were just hanging out help me, it was determined that the Baker never got around to making my son’s birthday cake! But she reminded me to have a nice day on my way out

Very disappointing. We brought in our granddaughter for some ice cream. The two employees were only servicing the drive through. They kept saying they would be with us. We were the only customers in the store.After fifteen minutes they were servicing drive through who drove up ten minutes after we arrived. Finally one broke off and helped another customer who had been there for five minutes.The other employee started to help us the another car pulled up. He ignored us. We went to dairy cream.

We ordered a cake a week in advance, called the day before pickup to confirm and went in the next day to pick it up and they said the baker had a family emergency and could not complete the order. How come they didn’t tell us that days before pickup?? It was ordered for a birthday party. Too late to make other special arrangements!! Absolutely unprofessional. Will not use them for anything ever again!

Out of 32 available spaces for ice cream they had 7 flavors to choose and they were bottom of the barrel flavors as you can imagine.Ordered a milkshake but they blended the ice cream with ice cubes. It tasted like milk water with a drop of flavoring. Are you supposed to blend it with ice or is this a "money-saving" tactic? If it is, it didn't work because 1/3 of what was blended was extra and just thrown down the drain. Use milk in your milkshake y'all, what the heck.
