The crew on Monday April 1st were absolutely amazing Taylor Chris and John are absolutely awesome made my kids night customer service like this is so rare anymore and they made a fast food place feel like I just came home or to my friends house keep it up guys you rock
Would have given this a 5 star all around however, we were missing our cheesy tots. Customer service was outstanding!! The place was clean and all the food we got was hot and tasty. This was the fastest service I have Ever had at a BK, but in its haste we missed the one item. It did not take long for them to cook and our wait was minimal. Honestly, the food is typical good BK but the cleanliness of this place needs some real work. Fingerprints and grease smears on every single window and door. Door handles feel gross, and you really worry about touching your food after entering. The trays are disgusting and need a thorough cleaning. All in all it is an appetizer buster and you wonder about the kitchen. C'mon guys, get it together.
