Service is fine, food is fine, but restaurants need to pay their staff an appropriate wage instead of forcing them to rely on tips, which some people don't leave. Restaurant owners are charlatans who don't pay their staff.

I have to give a shout-out to Derek who's a bartender at this Chili's. The best service you'll get anywhere. We appreciate you man! Chili's does many things very well. Burgers is one of them and probably the best chips and salsa in Montrose. Their soups are also delicious. I'll add pics next time we hit up this location. Seems like there's something for everyone at Chili's. Give em a try if you're in Montrose to grab a bite to eat or you...
