Customer service was unruly, especially when the employee (Emily) is older. I expect bad customer service from teenagers but not grown adults. So naturally it just made the whole experience bad. I typically go to Dunkin Donuts in Denver and/or Kansas City. Sure wish I was back in the city, customer service is extremely better.

I ordered a large dunkalatte with light ice like I usually do, and this guy gave me my drink almost half way full. I asked him to top it off and he said no cause the light ice doesn’t change the measurements. For $6.49 not worth it

This location is managed absolutely horribly. Two visits ago I had to have my order remade because they put sausage on an egg and cheese bagel sandwich.
This time an employee failed MULTIPLE TIMES to properly make the new hash brown bowl and when I got home? Bacon on my egg and cheese bagel.
So if you expect to get what you order in a timely fashion, go somewhere else. If you want random stuff on your sandwich, this might be the place for you.
-edit: I don’t eat bacon. Nobody in my household eats pork at all for religious reasons, so both incorrectly made sandwiches weren’t consumed.

the first couple times i’ve been here were decent enough, but today i placed an order on the mobile app. my drink didn’t have the sweet foam on it even though i paid extra for it. i ordered a breakfast sandwhich on sourdough and went i went to pick up they told me they were out of sourdough, okay cool croissant then. out of croissant, okay english muffin. sandwich didn’t have cheese on it even though i know i placed the order for it to have cheese. hash brown bites were soggy like they are everytime i get them. so for them to be out of like everything i asked for i probably won’t be coming back, especially if they keep fumbling orders the way all the other reviews state. Dutch Bros here I come!

Ordered a drink through the dunkin app went inside waited 15 minutes to even get to the front of the line because my drink was not ready. Got to the front of the line asked for my drink they couldn't find my ticket. The finally found my ticket sitting at the drive through window. They rushed to make my drink. Horrible customer service and very disorganized. I now appreciate my dunkin donuts in my home town in another state

How do you run out of inventory? Poor management! Boston creams sold out by 7:30? Poor management… it’s your number one selling donut and you just don’t have any? No, you just didn’t plan an accordingly…poor management. What a dumpster fire! Go to Montrose Deli for your donuts and sandwiches!
