The service was very good—we were greeted and seated quickly. The waitress checked on us appropriately often. We had a taco salad and enchiladas suiza, as well as two small margaritas. Everything was tasty.

My wife and I tried El Jimador based on recommendation from a clerk at our hotel, and it was outstanding. My wife had beef fajita salad, it was excellent, seemed like a full order of beef fajitas in a taco shell. The onions, peppers, and other vegetables were well prepared. I had nachos, and they also were delicious. We couldn’t decide which of us made the better choice because both were so good. Actually, either order could have fed both of us, but then we would have missed out on the other one!

Charcoal Grill! Thats all you need to know. The flavors of their carne asada, and perfectly cooked shrimp had me eating there for 2 days. I cant express enough gratitude for this fine establishment making really, really great food!!!!

We have driven by here many times and the parking lot always seem to be full. We kept saying "we have to try this place". We finally did to celebrate my birthday. We both ordered fajitas and they were excellent. I had the combination fajitas with beef, chicken, and shrimp. There were four large and delicious shrimp. The portions were very generous. Service was good, too. They have quite a large menu. We will definitely go back.
