Wendy's is a welcoming restaurant with a tremendous and friendly staff. The employees are known to communicate effectively and care about their work. While there may be occasional waits, the food is often hot and delicious. However, some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, such as cold fries and incorrect drinks. The restaurant staff anticipated needs and put everything in to-go bags for a lunch order for 11 people. Nothing fast about this fast food place; there is always a long wait and something missing or unavailable. The parking lot is in complete disrepair. The atmosphere wise, people are always nice at first but employees tend to look, laugh, and whisper about customers.
