Your drive thru worker, Orion... is 💯% overqualified for her position. That young woman should be doing voice overs for television or radio or ANYTHING but taking orders. In fact you best be paying her very well or I will hire her... thats a promise. I challenge the management to pop a surprise roll thru during her shift, you will understand my comment. She is so articulate and well spoken the woman deserves a metal of honor.

This Freddy's in area south of Colorado Springs had no sauces for customers unless they asked. And no kids meal bag. But the staff was good and friendly. Also they offered no senior discount.

I don't think I've ever experienced more indifference in my life, ever, than at this Freddy's. Slow, unmotivated, messed up order, and no napkins (with a drive-through order, no less). We will not be frequenting this location ever again.

A family feel environment. Andrew is a great leader and the team works like one unit. Always clean like it just opened and they really do care about customers. Every time I go in they make me feel at home and a part of their family. The food is always fresh and hot and I always add to my hamburger and they never miss.

They forgot a few of our items, it wasn't busy.

The burgers and chilli cheese fries were good. The big bosses were there, so three different staff members came by our table to see if we were satisfied with our food. Haven't seen that on previous visits.

I love the burgers, fries, and malts. This store frequently looks like the floors could use a decent mopping and the tables could use a good cleaning and sanitizing.

I was disappointed to learn that they recently discontinued their butterscotch flavor. I'd walk through fire for a butterscotch malt, and caramel just isn't the same. 👎🏻

Great experience while going through drive-thru today. The food was amazing and came out fast. Ryan at the window was so sweet and gave excellent customer service that you don’t see much these days. :)

Foods fine. But this location is a joke. They always manage to mess something up. They specifically asked me if
I wanted pickles and onions and I said yes, but they still forgot it. I don’t even leave reviews but this is at least the 4th time they’ve messed some easy stuff up… and they’re never even busy. Just a joke of a location overall. Do better.
