Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I come here for lunch while I'm working and it's always fresh and tasty. Also, Orion at the drive through window is very kind. Wish I got that kind of customer service at more places.

We just stopped here taking our 4 kids to the zoo and it was so good my husband immediately wanted to leave a review. We have a large family and when we take the kids out it is almost guaranteed that at least some of our order is messed up or missing an item no matter where we go but not here. My husband was so impressed that the young man in at the end of the line was sending things back and talk the kitchen “order accuracy is paramount”. Our order was not only correct but everything was fresh and extremely delicious!! 😋 We are on our way to the zoo a happy and very well fed family!!

I came in here a few days ago with my husband. While we have visited here a few times and had somewhat of a mediocre experience, it hasn't been until recently with the new management that I have had a bad experience. The store manager, the big scruffy guy, is beyond disrespectful and looks like he is lost. He is loud and angry sounding, which in my eyes is disrespectful to the staff working there. There used to be a sense of urgency and respect with the former crew that worked there, but this is downright embarrassing. Now I see why everyone quits working here.

The manager CC was awesome, understanding, and caring! I wasn’t having a good day but he made it a good bit better! Absolutely phenomenal service. Highly recommend!!

Honestly - I just had the fries. Not worth going if all you want is fries, unless you like your fries as skinny as a toothpick, tastes like fried balsa wood, no potato resemblance, and cooked in rancid oil.

Ordered 3 large fries and a grilled cheese. Sent the grilled cheese back because the cheese was still in slice form and not melted. We asked for fry seasoning and didn't get any and when we asked for more seasoning staff got upset that 4 packets wasn't enough for fries that were not seasoned at all. Understand things happen but the major attitude when our order wasn't correct was uncalled for.

The bag my burger came in was greasy, which just starts out for a very poor presentation. The burger was good, but the people working there just didn't really act like they cared too much.

I paid $5.04 for an ice cream cone just smaller than a racquetball in size. I was anticipating the child size cone would have ice cream in it but it did not. Just air. Disappointing.

They do not stand behind their door dash orders! I had it delivered for a reason! When my order was wrong, they told me “I” could come in and pick up a new order! Really?!

Burger was ok. Nothing to write home to mom about. You need to change your burgers to 1/3 lb, instead of these 2OZ patties. Make a real burger. You need to tell your cooks, when you drop onion rings, they need to shake the basket. The onion rings I got tonight were a solid clump. Drop and shake the basket to break them apart. Just saying I will not be back to a Freddie's. Did not impress me that much. This was my first time and last.
