A friend took me here for lunch as a first time visitor. In an older building just off of I-25, so very convenient for access. My friend suggested the salsa sampler to start and I was very impressed. Multiple styles of salsa and the chips were more like tortilla style -thicker and those flimsy chips at other places. Salsas had a great flavor and interesting types. I tried to be fair on this one. We have eatten here several times and while its always decent, the flavors are just off for me. All I taste is lime whenever I eat here. I don't taste cumin or chili powder.
It's just an overall odd flavor for mexican dishes, but clearly I'm alone on an island on this one.

This was my 1st time at Jarrito Loco. What a great place! Food was amazing! So authentic and delicious. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. This is my new go to Mexican restaurant! Highest recommendation!
