DAY MANAGER IS WORTHLESS, EXTREMELY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY ANYONE. REQUESTED HELP WITH THE SELF ORDER AND APPARENTLY THAT'S TOO MUCH FOR HER.

10/12/26 Went today and everything was perfect. Filet o fish=fresh, French fries=hot and fresh, iced tea=not watered down, cleanliness=two people cleaning bathrooms and lobby, customer service= very friendly.
They mess up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Our options are limited in Monument though.
