This place was hopping on a Wednesday night at 5:30, wow! I had the stacked chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce and it was oh, so good. They do need some more parking but on street was just fine.

Update: Had to update, unfortunately, as the last two times my family has been here, my wife and I (who got separate dishes) have gotten a tummy bug from eating here). I'm not sure what's causing it, but my suspicions are the salsa, guacamole, or possibly lettuce being out too long or prepared in ways that could introduce mild bacteria. Will try again in a few weeks but if the same result, may need to sadly find a new spot in the area.

Greeted and seated quickly in a busy atmosphere. The chips and salsa were on the table promptly. Oh and the margaritas were crafted to perfection! Looking upon the menu offerings were reasonably priced and had nice variety of combinations and niche plates. The food arrived quickly and every flavor was soo good! They have it dialed in! The service was friendly upbeat accommodating. * Hanah is a gem and should get a raise. *

Father’s Day at La Casa Fiesta was truly special. I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying fajita salad, and the service from Hannah was excellent. The patio atmosphere was perfect — beautiful weather, a full house of happy patrons, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. LA Casa Fiesta is a hidden gem tucked away in downtown Monument near the railroad tracks and Monument Lake. Don’t pass it up; you won’t regret discovering this historic restaurant.
This was a horrible dinner , enchilada was cold cheese not melted ..small serving barely any meat on the Taco beans were cold rice was unflavorful...the salsa was blended tomato out of a can with a tad of onion and jalepeno if that spice was their hot . I heard great things and was horribly disappointed and out $25 . Thumbs down .
