The manager was super helpful! Our apartment building is a bit tricky to get to, and Door Dash is their main delivery service. Door Dash said they delivered our order, but it never showed up. The manager was awesome and reached out to Door Dash on our behalf. They remade the order and asked the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, it was a great customer experience! Haven't had Papa John's in a long while, forgot about the peppers and garlic butter....Tried the new Cheesy Burger pizza, others have a similar pizza but no pickle, they got pickle and it works.
At this store the guy that made my pizzas was so light handed with the meat it seemed non existent, especially the Cheesy Burger. Should of looked at my order before I left, but because everyone has "feelings" now, do you risk the spit on the new one??
