Now people let me tell you out of all the pizza places for the speed and quality. Pizza Hut is my childhood favorite ? for I say that it the 6th flavor newest flavor out there is umami Google it however moving on. It takes the people who work there to put the name it to the pizza ? and Jason Shirley did that. The love in to giving a family a pizza and movie night is priceless and to Jason for being priceless thank you. Eric DW

Not sure why they won’t deliver 7miles away to a business that hosts over 200people at times. Lots of money going to Dominoes because of that. We are literally 1mile north of Hwy105 and they won’t do it. Think of the tips even. Update- I was going to walk the 0.8mile so they could stay in their range but the guy wanted me to look up the address to the gas station that he was looking at on the computer while on the phone! OWNER/manager- do you even want money? A business hosting many hungry people that need delivery and less than 10miles from your establishment and you won’t accommodate? Customer service not here

I'm so glad that Pizza Hut is back in Monument for the first time since 2011 its been far too long since I've had Pizza Hut on a consistent basis I would have to go somewhere in Colorado Springs in order for me to have Pizza Hut but not anymore Pizza Hut is finally back in Monument but it's in a different location which is fine by me unfortunately for them when it comes to ordering Buffalo Wings they don't have Mild Boneless wings anymore I know it's not just at this location but it's like that elsewhere at every other location I don't understand why did they drop the Mild flavor in the Buffalo Wings when you can order them elsewhere like Buffalo Wild Wings what gives man

Great if you’re gonna order and stand there and wait. Mobile orders or curbside, atleast what’s supposed to be curbside, those don’t exist. I waited outside for my curbside for 15 min and the app said it was ready. I went inside to get it and the guy and girl inside took awhile to come up front and acknowledge me. While I’m waiting they had a screen up front saying my food was ready and still nothing. When the guy finally came up front, he agreed like he didn’t know what to do…. Ugh. He finally handed me my order and walked away not even thanking me for ordering or for me to even check my order first. Just left it on the counter and walked away…. Sad.
They are charging me (and you) $5.60 to then hand it off to Door dashers. This is obscenely ridiculous.

Was excited to see a Pizza Hut in my neighborhood. At first. The quality of the food is just unacceptable . Latest disaster, We Ordered two 18 piece orders of wings and received soggy, gelatinous wings with no sauce. For the price, they are charging for their wings, this should be criminal. Lesson learned . Back to Dominoes we go!

Outsource delivery to DoorDash and they unfortunately it was lukewarm/cold when we received our pizza. I understand it gets busy, but when you order pizza you want to receive it warm. Insulated pizza bags should be a must when delivering. If you plan to order for delivery I would recommend going to Dominoes, they deliver their own pizza and it is always hot. So very disappointed.
They only have 2 people working and "forgot" to put my cheese sticks in the oven with my order. Order was 20 minutes later than quoted...now pizza is old and cheese sticks are hot...not the best experience. I'll probably stick with Papa Johns from here on out.
