What the hey, Pizza Hut? Did you cook my pizza in a microwave? Aside from the obviously frozen crust, the cheese wasn’t melted and the toppings were pale and undercooked. That sauce tastes straight out of a can. I don’t order pizza often and this overpriced crap drives home why. I don’t order dominoes because I dislike dominoes, and now I absolutely loathe PZ. S great, two places off my list. You should be ashamed of letting that tragedy leave the store. The wings were surprisingly good, though.

When an older woman works, it always takes a very long time!!! She talks on the phone all the time!!!! But it doesn't work(((( Nothing changes!!!! There is no full house, but the wait is still 15-20 minutes((((

I guess I’m done trying to give this store business. Second time ordering delivery and not getting what I ordered. Late last year I tried ordering pan pizzas and the driver calls me saying they cancelled my order because they’re out of pan. Then today I order two pan pizzas which I pay extra for and they deliver hand tossed. They even wrote pan on the box. Never again.

Unfortunately, this location never seems organized. We have been here four times, and each visit has been consistent in the same way, the quoted completion time is always off by 10+ minutes.
The food quality has also been disappointing. The boneless wings are barely half-covered in sauce, the breadsticks are dry and overcooked, and the pizza is often undercooked with cheese that isn’t fully melted.
There is clear potential here, but the overall process and quality control need significant improvement.

This is my second edit to this review and it’s gone back and forth. DONT WASTE MONEY ON EXTRA TOPPINGS, YOU WONT GET THEM. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times now and I’ve spoken to the manager about the topping issue multiple times now. I once ordered a pizza with double pepperoni and additionally cupped pepperoni as well. And the pizza looked the way it does in my picture I added to the review. I’ve ordered it with regular pepperoni and cupped pepperoni and it looked just like this picture. And finally what this picture is of is pizza with pepperoni plus selected extra pepperoni and cupped pepperoni and also selected extra cupped pepperoni. And the same. So it they steal your money for extra toppings and give you the exact same amount of pepperoni. And this isn’t an isolated problem. It’s all pizza places. I’m sick of it.

Ordered a Pesto Margarita tavern specialty pizza for $14. Sunday October 12 at 3:00 was handed a diced tomatoes thin crust pizza. The tavern is supposed to cherry tomatoes and Pesto. I asked for refund can I just return this after was told they were out of pesto. Was told all I could be offered was a $5 credit. Making this a $9 thin crust tomato pizza, not worth $9 either. I asked if I could talk to his boss, was rudly told he was district manager to shut down my complaint of a specialty pizza that is no where near specialty pizza anymore. I don't suggest this place or their style of management. Pizza was made completely wrong and just have to pay for it. Wish I could leave 0 stars!

Well, it's Pizza Hut. It's not the best pizza available, but it's relatively inexpensive and very, very predictable.
When did pizza hut get this expensive? The food is average corporate food. Not terrible but also nothing to tell people about. The appeal was it being affordable. For the quality and now the price, I won't be ordering Pizza Hut again. If you are in the area, Monument Pies and Grinders is basically the same price but much better quality. Very disappointing.
