We went in today when everything was a bit hectic from machines being down. The team here handled a tough morning very well, doing their best to accommodate where they could. Kudos to the team for remaining kind and professional through the craziness! We appreciate you!!
I went through the drive through today around lunch time and the staff were fantastic! Super positive and friendly via the intercom, answered all of my questions regarding substitutions when my preferred option wasn't available, and quickly helped me afterward when I had a question about one of the drinks I ordered. LILY...is one of the kindest, caring barista employees who genuinely cares about the customers! I hardly ever make it up here north to this location in Monument, but I was very happy when I walked into the Starbucks after a very hard day to find Lily working.
