Ordered online for in store pickup. When I arrived on time, the only employee was talking to their friend and not making any sandwiches. I waited 10min and finally asked if they would start making my sandwich. The employee then looked up and told me to stop whining. I’ve never experienced such terrible and rude customer service
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely awful. I was with children and was berated by the staff for asking them if they would stop talking to make my sandwich after 15min

The guy working the counter lunch last Monday was just unbearable. Myself and several customers couldn’t hear him and he made no effort to be understood despite a number of people expressing the same difficulty. He refused to do ‘catering orders’ which is apparently enough subs for my nieces. He was only sullen and unhelpful. Jersey Mike’s is just out the door and to the right though so lunch was saved!

It was consitent Subway food, which is to say - you know what you're going to get. It's never great, but if they stick to the recipe's not bad. The young man helping us was very polite and pleasant. Value is pretty good. It's in a Walmart, so hard to make it a scintillating atmosphere.

the girl who made my food was amazing, she dealt with a huge rush while i was there, alone and she dealt with it indredibly, legit if it was me i would crumple. idk her name but she had long, blonde hair. super sweet

This Subway location is pretty good however sometimes this location doesn't always have the ingredients that they have for your Sandwich well its Subway and I understand that they don't always have the ingredients you want for your Sandwich and their Soda Machine can be useless at times bottomline is if your willing to shop at Walmart you should consider getting Subway ether for or to go because you don't ever want to shop hungry
Vegetarian options: If there is anything that's not meat worthy this might be the place for you to go

Just shut the store down. Always out of bread. Can’t toast any sandwiches for over 2 weeks because there ac isn’t working. If I wanted a cold sandwich i would go to jimmy johns. Never have tea because they say they don’t have time to make it. Ice machine never works. Worst subway in the state!!!

My husband and I came for some sandwiches today and witnessed some pretty steller customer service from Dwayne. This store has 3 obvious "ring bell for assistance " signs and a bell. There was a young woman, while staring at her phone, asking the customers "does anybody work here?" I rang the bell once for service and this young woman came behind me and rang it over ten times. Dwayne came from the back where he was working and asked if he could help her-she said she rudely wined that she had been waiting forever and stood infront of us as though to be served first. He pointed out the sign "ring bell for assistance" and explained they are clearly marked. She barked her order at him while continuing to stare at her phone. He calmly and professionally decline to serve her. He then served us with exceptional professionalism after being treated poorly by this very privileged young woman. I am a Customer Service Manager with an airline, I have seen some poor behavior and I always take the opportunity to appreciate good customer service when I see it. His delivery to decline service was very well handled. Well done Lad, well done.

I shop at Walmart only because there is not a target in the area. I like subway but this one I have given the benefit of the doubt too much. Half the time it’s closed because they don’t have staff. The other half of the time when you can get service it is dirty (literally bugs flying around last time and had to leave), and I don’t think they have cleaned the pop area since it opened. I understand in this day and age the staffing issues but then just don’t have it. I’m honestly surprised the health department has not shut it down. The staff they have is nice but the company needs to figure this store out.

Couldn't build my own sandwich wanted it toasted and the guy said that my sandwich doesn't get toasted and he put honey Mustard on my sandwich instead of regular yellow Mustard and he was extremely rude to me and my family.
