Came here in a snowstorm and Noah was working and was very knowledgeable. New exactly how much ingredients to put on an overall was the best part about me getting my food.

They never get online orders right….I usually drive to the Northgate location but I didn’t have time. You can’t even call to report the mistake. If you paid online you can never get your money back!!! They also never open when they’re supposed to. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down!!

I come to this Subway all the time, but my experience this past Sunday was extremely disappointing. The employee working that evening had a terrible attitude—he kept complaining, used inappropriate language, and seemed irritated with every request.
My wife asked for Southwest sauce, and even though he said they were out, I said we could wait. He responded, “That takes too long.” I also asked for extra olives, and again he said he was out and that prepping more “takes too long.”
While making my sandwich, it looked like he cross-contaminated by picking up vegetables that had fallen. When I asked him about it, he denied it, but the attitude continued. He then wrapped my sandwich aggressively and acted like he didn’t care at all. I even told him I understood he might be having a bad day, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. He put his hands up as if it didn’t matter.
This was unacceptable service, and I would like someone from management to contact me regarding this incident. I keep trying to contact the subway, but the voicemail keeps saying that there is a voicemail that hasn’t been set up yet
Right in the middle of lunch and no one is manning the store. Sign says be back in 15 minutes. People in line saying they already waited that long. My lunch break isn't that long to stand around waiting for people to show up to work. Luckily there is a Jesery Mike's right next door to save the day!
Went to get a sandwich and employee stated the computer system was going to clock her out for 15 minutes automatic and she wasn’t going to be available after she completed the current sandwich she was working on. I’m pretty sure computer systems don’t do that. Bad customer service.

Went to this subway around 6ish on Thursday, got a meal. So disappointed , got home, which is about 3 minutes away, opened my sandwich. The Italian herb and cheese was extremely hard/ stale. Couldn't even eat it.... took the meat and topping off, put on my own bread. Called several times, no answer......

If I could give this place a zero review, I would. The worst service we have ever experienced. We are still in shock. We were waiting to order, the employee came out of the back, and told us to stop activating the motion sensor. Didn't ask if we were waiting to order. She then came out again to start making online orders and told us she had already asked us to leave. Honestly still in shock and will never be going there again

The management at the subway needs to do a little better. It was 1:30 PM. They have one single person. Trying to do online orders, and people at the store. It is way too much for a single guy. Kalani it was nice, but it’s too much for him alone

He didn't even cut the bread right and tuna is everywhere.....looks disgusting....
I went in to try and order a sandwich. The lady behind the counter yelled at an older gentleman for trying to order in person and not online. She then started yelling at her oven…..So I went to Jersey Mike’s across the street and would recommend you do the same.

They were super busy around lunch on a Saturday. Both ladies worked hard and quickly to catch up. Everything tasted great & fresh.
Lady Manager was so nice and pleasant to be around. It seems she was working alone with ovens that were not up to par. She works really hard and I enjoyed seeing her as she is a refreshing person to be around. You could tell she really cares about people and her job as well. Thank you so much for the pleasant atmosphere you create! :D Thank you for you service! Hope your superior reads this review!
Card machine always down. Employees are constantly annoyed the public has the audacity to show up.
Ordered online for in store pickup. When I arrived on time, the only employee was talking to their friend and not making any sandwiches. I waited 10min and finally asked if they would start making my sandwich. The employee then looked up and told me to stop whining. I’ve never experienced such terrible and rude customer service
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely awful. I was with children and was berated by the staff for asking them if they would stop talking to make my sandwich after 15min
