I totally understand that this is located inside of Walmart but that shouldn't take away from the quality or service...the employee left a scribbled note of be back in 10 minutes...who knows when that note was left? When he arrived back, he was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us. They were out of turkey at 1:20pm on a Saturday (things that make you go hmmm) and the soda machine was out of syrup. You guys can do better...not returning.

I shop at Walmart only because there is not a target in the area. I like subway but this one I have given the benefit of the doubt too much. Half the time it’s closed because they don’t have staff. The other half of the time when you can get service it is dirty (literally bugs flying around last time and had to leave), and I don’t think they have cleaned the pop area since it opened. I understand in this day and age the staffing issues but then just don’t have it. I’m honestly surprised the health department has not shut it down. The staff they have is nice but the company needs to figure this store out.

Couldn't build my own sandwich wanted it toasted and the guy said that my sandwich doesn't get toasted and he put honey Mustard on my sandwich instead of regular yellow Mustard and he was extremely rude to me and my family.

Showed up at 4:30, Satyrday, for a quick sandwich. Rung the bell, and was told "I'm on my break," and no more. Simply walked away after that.Came back after her break was done, and gates were closed for the day.

Yikes. Veggies looked terrible (lettuce was disgusting), no Mayo lol, just overall subway is going downhill. Especially the ones run by Summit. I feel bad for the employees. To be setup to fail must feel awful. Every Summit Subway I have been to in the last year has been the same experience. Health code violations, meat/veggies look awful, out of many items, store is a mess, unsanitary drink station, etc. Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway located in the Loaf and Jug on Northgate. It is not run by Summit Subway.

The app's progress bar only counts down to the estimated pickup time. When it says "now building" it could already be done or it might not be close to starting. Totally pointless. Not hard to set it up so printing the receipt or hitting a button when you actuality start the sandwich actually means something. There's no point if it doesn't actually help you not wait around or pickup cold food. Idiots.

They rang me out before I even had a chance to finish my sandwich. Then they had a problem with what I ordered and tried to charge me more even though it was the flattest sandwich I've ever seen in my life and wasn't even worth the $9 I spent.

Literally took 30 minutes to get food. There was 3 employees and only one person in line before us. Ridiculously slow.

Located inside Walmart. AVERAGE slow service sadly. A "rush" will cause a line. Nothing fancy, normal Subway fare.
