Great food!

Was here 1/10/26. Amazing location. Me and my group went in and we got appetizers and all that stuff. I really enjoyed it.

I always order the fried mushrooms with a side of fries. (Fries with marinara.)

I absolutely enjoyed my time here! Our waiter was a hard worker! He was also very kind, courteous, respectful, and I said, a hard worker!

While you know you're not at a fine steakhouse, the steakhouse you're at is just fine! There's no pretentiousness here. The games are on big screen, the staff is excellent, and menu is spot-on for savory variety that hits the spot! Having been to a few different TR locations, I can easily say this one is the best I've experienced! Bravo to the management. This one is a well run local gem!

Very disappointed here. We arrived just after they opened at 4pm on New Year’s Eve. Told we had a 15-20 min wait for just 2 of us. I understand they didn’t have full staff yet so no problem. 30 mins later (and after many other people that didn’t have call ahead were seated), I checked in and was at the bottom of the wait list. We were never going to be seated as call aheads that called in after we arrived were being placed ahead of us. They moved us up and apologized. When food arrived, my wife’s salad had croutons. She is celiac and this was disclosed beforehand. Ok, mistakes happen. Then her entree came out with the rolls on the plate. Thats twice now. Her plate needed to be remade due to cross-contamination. My medium steak came out rare. Sent it back and starting eating my ribs while my wife watched. Ribs were dry and very fatty but edible. When my steak came back, there was no change. It was cooked sear deep and room temp in the middle. They obviously have no idea what medium is. They comped my meal but only after an awkward discussion with the manager who was obviously unprepared/untrained to have these conversations with customers. After those discussions, I now understand why the store is making these mistakes. They need a manager that will train their staff to understand how to treat allergies seriously, have attention to detail and take accountability for their mistakes. We won’t be back as this wasn’t the first time we had issues there.

Marcus is the man!! He was our waiter for the evening and just because of him we will travel to this location. We live in castle rock and he was absolutely the best service we’ve had since Covid! Marcus, if you see this don’t ever change sir!

We had a party of five and everything was perfect! Upon leaving, I passed an employee by the name of Aubrey wrapping up the silverware and coughing over it. I said “honey you should cover your cough or turn your head.” She replied very rudely with “I got it” with a rude hand gesture. I told her “she didn’t have it and I wasn’t trying to be rude but there’s a certain level of cleanliness you should have in a restaurant.” She continued to be rude and then turned argumentative. Upon me leaving I could hear her talking to another employee instead of taking accountability and correcting her actions. I came back inside after I spoke with my friend who advised me to tell management. Thank you guys for being great! Don’t let staff like Aubrey tarnish your brand.

We just moved to Colorado Springs and we wanted a steak. This has to be the kindest Texas Roadhouse we have ever encountered. The server that took us to the table asked if we ever been there, we advised her we never been to this location but others. She let the Manager know and they brought out a sample platter with corn, chili and potato soup. The corn was amazing. The chili was delicious and the soup was good. The staff and manager were all very kind and helpful. We will be back someday to get another big steak.

Last night will be the last time I eat at Texas Roadhouse. Service was okay but I had strong chemical smell on napkin and silverware. Couldn’t even eat my meal after the smell ruined my appetite. My son ending up nauseous and throwing up 4 hours after dinner. Will be the last time we go there ever again.
