We enjoy coming here, and it’s a great place to bring small kids too. Staff is always friendly and food is decent.

We had a party of five and everything was perfect! Upon leaving, I passed an employee by the name of Aubrey wrapping up the silverware and coughing over it. I said “honey you should cover your cough or turn your head.” She replied very rudely with “I got it” with a rude hand gesture. I told her “she didn’t have it and I wasn’t trying to be rude but there’s a certain level of cleanliness you should have in a restaurant.” She continued to be rude and then turned argumentative. Upon me leaving I could hear her talking to another employee instead of taking accountability and correcting her actions. I came back inside after I spoke with my friend who advised me to tell management. Thank you guys for being great! Don’t let staff like Aubrey tarnish your brand.

We just moved to Colorado Springs and we wanted a steak. This has to be the kindest Texas Roadhouse we have ever encountered. The server that took us to the table asked if we ever been there, we advised her we never been to this location but others. She let the Manager know and they brought out a sample platter with corn, chili and potato soup. The corn was amazing. The chili was delicious and the soup was good. The staff and manager were all very kind and helpful. We will be back someday to get another big steak.

Last night will be the last time I eat at Texas Roadhouse. Service was okay but I had strong chemical smell on napkin and silverware. Couldn’t even eat my meal after the smell ruined my appetite. My son ending up nauseous and throwing up 4 hours after dinner. Will be the last time we go there ever again.

My boyfriend and I came in a few weeks ago and I had to repost this review. Mia was our server and she was so sweet and friendly with us. My boyfriend and I came in a little bit after 9pm (so about an hour before closing) and we were well taken care of. Our only qualm to note was that it took over an hour to get our food, even though there were only a handful of other tables open like us in the entire restaurant. I'm not sure if the cooks were just dilly-dallying ready to go home. We even asked Mia if it was still okay to eat since we ended up getting our food at like 10:15ish. She was gracious and apologized for the wait, but it wasn't her fault and it wouldn't be fair to get upset with her. But honestly, after eating our food, it was WELL worth the wait. I got a 6 oz sirloin cooked medium rare with a side of the house salad and the fresh vegetables, while my boyfriend got the chicken fried steak with a side of steak fries and a loaded baked potato. When we started eating, we completely forgot about the long wait time. Everything was cooked perfectly, and my steak melted in my mouth like butter. I had my boyfriend try my steak and he regretted getting the chicken fried steak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us besides the long wait time for the food. But even then, the food, great service, and chill atmosphere made it more than worth it. Thank you Mia for going above and beyond for us!

We go to roadhouse a lot but normally go to the one in Colorado Springs. Won’t be back to this one. The water tasted like it was from a freshly cleaned toilet bowl and our server was not that attentive. Bleh.

Service was excellent! The atmosphere is amazing! Food portions were decent. I know it sounds crazy this was my first time and have lived in Austin 40 years. The food was just above average. 5 people I tried a little of a lot. I thought everything was good nothing was great.
