Wow!!! I walked in here not realizing it was only gluten free allergy free sweets. I was a little afraid of buying anything after they told me that. But I still did and man has my mind changed on gluten free sweets. In the past they have always been to dry and never matched a formal cookie or brownie. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
This lady is an absolute godsend!!
You can go to culinary school to learn technique, but you cannot teach someone how to make gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free treats that actually taste incredible.
That’s pure talent.

I’ve tried plenty of “allergy-friendly” spots , and ended up with a bad tummy.

Raspberry oat bar and glazed lemon cake were really delicious. Their lemon cake is better than the last one we tried that contained dairy! Price for both was very fair for such a specialized product. Edit: you're welcome, owner. The raspberry bar lasted me all day from getting it at 10am all the way to Pikes Peak and I finished it back at home. Very substantial serving size. Very little crumbling. Just sweet and tart enough.
