I would have given them 5 stars my first few visits but this past summer it has gone down hill. Waited over an hour and a half for food and ended up leaving without it ( but still paid for it). I understand things happen but this has happened multiple times within the past few months. I went earlier in the summer and waited over 30 minutes for a glass of wine. My friends took me for my birthday and they only had 2 food items on their menu. I unfortunately will not be back even though I enjoy this place.
Flights are delayed. All wine and food takes a long time to get delivered. Waited 15 minutes to be greeted at table. Wine was delivered 40 minutes later. 30 minutes later we asked for the check and they still had the appetizers on it which still hadn’t come out. Appreciate what they are trying to do but the execution was lacking. Would not recommend.

This winery bar is an excellent spot to enjoy great weather! The charcuterie boards and wine are a great match! Everyone was absolutely friendly and sweet!

Stopped by Flights for a drink after dinner and I can't wait to go back. The menu is super cool with flights of all different sorts of drinks. There is charcuterie style food selections and other types of food. The atmosphere is unbelievable in the summer. The drinks we're very good. This is definitely my next girls night request spot.

Wins: stellar atmosphere, service was friendly and attentive. The place has a good vibe and a lot of great outdoor seating.
Areas to improve: there is exponentially good wine in Colorado at great by-the-glass pricing, but it’s not on this wine list. When I go to a wine bar, I expect more than what I can buy at a grocery store. I know that isn’t the case for everyone, but if you’re a wine nerd, this will be a point of contention.

If you prefer a waiter constantly hovering over you in a frantic attempt to flip the table as quickly as possible, go to Chili’s. My husband and I enjoyed the slowed-down, European-style service. The patio is an oasis off the bustling margs-and-beer vibes of Olde Town. The wine and food were on point. I recommend the flight from the Emilia-Romagna region and the sage derby cheese. Can’t wait to come back and try their house limoncello.

I went to flights with a group of friends and we had an amazing experience. Our group spent a lot of time chatting and were indecisive on food and drinks, but our waitress continued to check back. As the night progressed, the weather changed on the patio and we were invited to sit inside. We appreciated the flexibility. The food and drinks were delicious and we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning soon!
A consistently exceptional experience!
I’ve been to Flights Wine Café multiple times now, and it never fails to exceed my expectations. What keeps me coming back is the perfect combination of atmosphere, food, and wine selection.
The courtyard area is absolutely beautiful - you can choose to sit in the shade for a more intimate feel or soak up some sun depending on your mood. It’s the kind of setting that makes any meal feel special.
The food portions are generous and satisfying - I always leave feeling perfectly full and content. But honestly, it’s their wine selection that really sets this place apart and has me planning my next visit before I’ve even left.
I have to give a special shout-out to our server Veronica - she was absolutely incredible! Her knowledge, attentiveness, and warm personality made our dining experience even more memorable.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a casual lunch with friends, or just want to unwind with a great glass of wine, Flights Wine Café delivers every single time. Highly recommended!
Exceptional patio, wine, and food. 10/10 recommend!

Flights is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer. We loved the outdoor area. The service was great.
I have been coming here for a few years now and every time is wonderful! The service is great, genuine, and the staff are very communicative if there super busy or if weather impacted whether or not we could sit outside, etc. I appreciated how welcome they made us feel and how easy it was to talk with them over the menu or our large group needing extra space.
Excellent service! Very accommodating to our large group. Will be back.
Was here on Saturday and had a great time other than a table that had obviously been drinking prior to coming here who were completely unreasonable with staff and complained about every part of their service when I had a great time with wonderful service. I applaud the Flights crew for handling this situation with such grace. I will continue to come to Flights and help a small business with people who genuinely work their butts of to keep their customers happy.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I went with a group of friends around 6PM and even though there were plenty of empty tables, the moment we sat down things went downhill fast.
We ordered both drinks and food, but that seemed to completely confuse the staff. There were at least 4 or 5 servers standing around, but none of them seemed remotely attentive. It took nearly an hour just to receive one glass of wine, and an additional 15–20 minutes for anyone else at the table to get their drinks. Our food and drinks took well over an hour to arrive and even then, it came out in parts. Some of us were left just sitting there watching others eat or drink.
When we finally tried to wrap up and asked for the check due to the lack of service and frustration, it never came. After waiting another 30 minutes, someone from our group had to go up and request to pay. The worst part? We were told that if we had made a reservation, the service might’ve been better… as if that somehow justifies the neglect. The restaurant was nearly empty with tons of open tables. That excuse made no sense.
To top it off, they automatically added a 25% gratuity and charged us for multiple items we never even received. When we tried to bring it up, the owner himself came over but offered zero help or accountability. It’s baffling how a place with so much potential could be run with such little regard for customer service.
