The only knock on the food is they don't do the full menu from downstairs it's not bad but it's limited and downstairs is so good that you kind of want it lol.. but I think it's worth a sit up top on a nice evening it's hard to beat
Service started slow but made a good recovery. Very busy with pre show crowd when we arrived. Avoid 5p when there's a concert. Otherwise, view spectacular and food /drinks very nice.
So. Have been here a few times and each time we have had to track down a server for service. They won’t pay any attention to you for a good 15-25 mins. Food is great other than the flatbreads and drinks are insanely good too. Just be prepared to waste 2 hours at least even if you’re ready with order in hand
