My family and I were visiting from out of state and picked The Cow An Eatery for lunch, and they did not disappoint. My Ruben sandwich was the best I've ever had. And the bloody mary was perfectly made. If im ever in Colorado again, I will be stopping here for another delicious lunch.

Been in the restaurant business for twenty five years.. As a sou chef and now an executive chef. The server was super professional and welcoming, Joyia I think her name was.. The food was jus what I was wanting and good buffalo wings.. and didn't take long before I was enjoying the service and great food.. I'll be back for more great food and great atmosphere..

Autumn was great as were her coworkers. Needed to get something good to eat before going to Red Rocks for a show and I am glad I found this little place. Free parking if you're going to the restaurant. Was busy but I was able to immediately get a seat at the bar and multiple waitress gave me great suggestions and both were able to put in items for my order promptly.
