There was a hair in my brothers food and when he asked for a fork she said there’s a “fork” right there to a knife on the table and then walked away with an attitude just bad customer service to younger people learn to treat everyone with respect especially for the price food was cold and I had to call my waiter every time I needed something
The food was flavorless and both pastas weren't quite al dente -- they could've been cooked longer. For the chicken to be served with a cream sauce, artichokes, scallions, mushrooms and avocado -- and to have little if any taste was shocking. The ravioli with red sauce was (mediocre) jar sauce with some extra spices.
The server had little interaction, minimal communication (like transitioning from lunch to dinner menu). Forgot the appetizer and the request for garlic bread, even when saying there was an upcharge. The sauv blanc was so/so. Looks like a fun spot but the atmosphere is the only thing it has going for it.
Terrible food, server forgot about us, wine was awful, only good thing about this place is a view! That’s the only reason they got two stars. Chicken could t be cut through, meatballs were beyond salty, nothing was edible. I asked about the rise and it was described in the complete opposite way from how it tasted. Not to mention way overpriced when I can assume everything you're eating was frozen prior to hitting the plate. That’s $50 I can’t get back. Awful
Me and my family come here all the time. Today it was especially busy and we still were sat immediately and got excellent service. The food is so consistently delicious that I’m running out of things to try on the menu. Fara was clearly extremely busy and kept all drinks filled and I somehow still got wonderful service!! It seemed she was taking care of every table. Bartender was also swamped and still smiling and whipping out drink after drink like nobody’s business. Love this place!
This place was empty on a Saturday night at 7:30, and now I know why. We were literally the only people there, which should have been a sign. I ordered the spaghetti with clams, but it was far spicier than expected. I've had this dish at other (better) Italian restaurants in Denver like Gaetano's and Café Jordano, and it doesn't typically have any heat. When I mentioned this to the server, she said it’s the dish most often sent back due to the spice level. Unfortunately, I could only eat a small portion, didn’t take the leftovers, and there was no alternative offered or adjustment to the bill.
Service was meh. We were pushed to order quickly since the kitchen was closing at 8, which seemed unnecessary given most tables order much faster than 30 minutes. I asked about a possible sauce substitution for a food allergy and really had to push to get her to ask the kitchen if it was possible (it was).
It was also pretty spendy. Yes, there was a lot of spaghetti (inexpensive) but not many clams if I had been able to eat them and didn't come with anything else like bread, salad, etc.

Has been awhile sine eating here. Used to order chicken cara mia to go and was incredible. Had onight-chicken tasted boiled-white sauce watery and no flavor-chivken no flavor-no capers-friend had shrimp scampi again no favor -,frozen shrimp. We would wait a hour to be seated in years past because the food was so good-will not be back. Our waitress was very attentive and kind.

The patio doors were open and it was freezing. Leaves were blowing off the trees and into the dining room

The only reason for a 3 star review is the lack of signage and accessibility. The food was good and so was the service, with the exception of being placed at the very back of the restaurant because that's where the door was. The parking on the street was ok for my situation since I needed to get my wheelchair out from my trunk, but it wasn't an accessible spot. I rolled to the front to be met with stairs. I asked a lady on the sidewalk next to Tony's to see where the accessible entrance was since there was no signage on the front indicating where the accessible door was. She pointed me to a side door, which only states is for deliveries and employees. Trying to enter the door, the transition was about an inch so unless you can pop a wheelie, you can't access this easily. Exiting the building, the sidewalk is sloped towards the street and poses a challenge if you are not able to stop quickly. Overall, as a wheelchair user I didn't enjoy attempting to navigate finding an accessible entrance. My hope is that in the future, the accessible entrance will become labeled, the transition will be easier to get over, and maybe they will allow for wheelchair users to sit at a table in the front by the windows and the scenery.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very inaccessible. Unless you know to use the side delivery door, you won't find it. The transition is tough to get over and the sidewalk near it is sloped so it poses it's own challenges.

Wish there was a place to sit other than walking around the store. I ordered the stake Castrol but they gave me stake and eggs. I didn’t return it though because it was amazing!!!

***update : management resolved our issues and made up for the inappropriate server, we are happy to know they truly care about the customer’s experience ***
The food, atmosphere and service were actually pretty good. We tipped 18% of our check (with taxes subtracted).
As we were leaving, our server approached us to question the tip we had left, implying dissatisfaction. I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude comment. When I attempted to address how inappropriate this was, he doubled down, saying, ‘If you can’t afford to eat here, you shouldn’t come here.’ We asked for the manager or owner but all of the snickering servers said their wasn’t one available.
What was supposed to be a beautiful birthday celebration in a lovely setting was completely soured by this encounter. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been a wonderful meal.
