Tucked away in the village center at Telluride, Boracho's is worth finding for lunch on a ski day, or a casual dinner when you want good food without spending a fortune. The pulled pork sliders and the empanadas were great, and the tater tots were perfectly crisped to make you want more and note. The owner runs the show tamed with the Poacher's Pub bar, where they have a nice selection of draught beers.

Got some beer from the pub, but best part was the food. Borrachos is awesome! We had the street tacos and sliders, which were both fantastic! Cody was the best, definitely eat here!!

Stayed at Blue Mesa Lodge. Stumbled upon Poachers due to proximity to our condo. Fun Apres-ski vibe, but the food- which is sourced from Borrachos Tacos was outstanding. The empanadas were crispy and delicious, and the chicken on the nachos was some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything is super fresh. Definitely not what we were expecting from “pub” fare!

5 stars for Kara! She had awesome hospitality and music and was so kind towards us. 0 stars for Travis. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The whole bar was loving the music and Travis came in and turned on some crazy loud noise metal music. Every one begged him to turn the music back (and DOWN) but he refused and told me personally "I dont care what you all want.) Zero stars for Travis. He also ignored me and my friend trying to buy drinks, so Kara had to come back behind the bar and take our order even though she was trying to go home
