We come here regularly and really love it. I also lived in Ned and believe this to be one of the best places in town.Wood fired pizza with a thin, crispy crust. "Yo, Crosscut, you did it!" Just like Rocky II, we had another KNOCKOUT experience that then lead to a house press conference. Ultimately, addressing in a formal statement that Crosscut serves one of our favorite pizzas in Colorado. Why is it so good? Maybe, it is the fact that the dough is trained up (fermented) for 3 days before being dressed up into their fighting gear and thrown into the ring of fire (pizza oven). Cute little pizzeria with lots of seating and a spacious patio. Super family friendly, always. Pretty busy when they are open so give yourself plenty of time.
