Fresh ingredients on their pizza i could really feel later that night. Reminds me of the purity and freshness of pizza from Europe. Great vibe in the joint. Cara behind the bar was super nice.

Service was great! We arrived at 3pm on a sunday and it was already super busy. Took 12 minutes to sit, 36 minutes to get our 2 pizzas. I would def go again. Very flavorful. A little pricey but what are ya gonna do. It's fresh and you can taste that.

Definitely one of the best pizza places around. Having moved here from the East coast it's been quite a challenge finding a quality pie. Be prepared to wait in line . Worth the wait for sure.

Excellent pizza and apps, worth the drive from Denver, gorgeous Friday evening and leaves were changing so drive was super beautiful. Said a 50 minute wait, maybe 25 actual. But you can look at shops and such while waiting, no hardship. Food very yummy and our server was excellent, truly a great experience.

Excellent specialty pizza place. The dough for the crust is made fresh, and you can taste the difference. I haven’t tried the other pizza options in the area, but you can’t go wrong here! If you come at a peak time for dinner, there may be a wait - it’s popular for a reason. We ate an early dinner at 4:30-5 and service was prompt.

Been coming here for years. However most recent time (9/20/2025] was a big disappointment.
How much are you paying your servers?
I got asked aggresivly twice by my server about my tip amount. He stated the % out loud in front of my date and others. Saying you only tipped X%.

Then he cane back around and asked WHY did you only tip x%? Making it me seem like the bad guy, like I owed him money

Never been embarrassed by a server like that.

Especially since we waited over 45 minutes for pizza, 10 mins for drinks. Server did the absolute bare minimum, didnt even ask how we were doing. Took order, brought food, gave us check, harassed for tip amount.

Im not going to tip $20 to a server I saw 3 times for a total of like 5mins interaction over the course of like 1 hour 30 mins. Not my job to pay your servers to do the bare minimum, im not their employer or their boss.

Tip is for SERVICE, not you doing the bare minimum.

Crosscut has a really great vibe in Ned. We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon in the outside seating area topped off by truly excellent wood fired pizza and great service. Will definitely stop by again when we are back in town!

Really good pizza. It's not cheap, and it's a tad small. I ate the whole thing to myself. But it was perfectly cooked, and just how I like my wood fired pizza.

We did take out. Partner's pizza came out beautiful, my gluten free version was burned to a crisp. We both got margherita pizzas and were appalled at the cost. I'm from Brooklyn and nobody charges over 14 bucks for a 12 inch pie there. The basil was also burned to a crisp, the taste was all but gone and might as well have been arugula for all I know. Great crust and sauce, it's a shame it was was burnt and scant on the mozzarella. I have a feeling if you have the money to spend and hit this place at the right time, it's probably magic. Unfortunately, we don't have that kind of money. Or time, with a young child and newly moved to the area with no sitter.

Maybe we'll give it another go in a few months on a splurge date night.

I’m normally a big fan of crosscut, but a visit on 9/7 put a dent in that reputation. The hostess sat us indoors on a beautiful Sunday evening. Not a big deal, but we decided the patio seating seemed more appealing shortly after sitting down. I asked our server, Colin, if we can please move outside to enjoy the weather, and was promptly told no thats not possible since we had already been sat in his section. I pressed the issue gently because the reasoning seemed trivial and we had received no food at this point - only drinks and silverware were on table.

If a paying customer sat outside and then requested to come inside due to being cold, would you tell them no you have to suffer and stay outside?

After holding us hostage in his section, Colin failed to provide any service - both our drinks went dry and we finished the meal without one check in. We left paying $66.76 for 2x 12” pizzas, a beer, and one Caesar salad.

We had the eggplant as our appetizer as well as the caesar salad. We also ordered Teo pizza which was amazing too. Great experience overall. Ask to sit at the deck.
