The Train Cars Coffee and Kava

Love this place! We stayed in town for our honeymoon & this quickly became our favorite place. The structure itself is made from old train cars & the atmosphere is wonderful. There’s a music & game room in addition to the ample seating, making this place feel like a second home. Please try them out if you’re in town!

Coffee was amazing, service was friendly, and the workers dog Moose was the cutest thing ever. Donuts were to die for!!

One of the best coffee spots in Colorado! The fall seasonal apple pie latte hit the spot! The interior is quirky and fun, my daughter and I drank our coffees at the cozy nook the train. If you are debating about visiting this coffee shop go! Awesome gem in Nederland!

Neat coffee shop and great ambiance, there was a huge queue when we went. The line moved fairly quickly and bathrooms were clean.

Hate to leave a bad review on a small business, but we had a pretty bad experience. My fiancee ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich, waited 20 minutes for the coffee (it’s busy, I get it). Waited another 15 minutes for the sandwich, checked in and they said “it fell through the cracks, we will make it now”. Check in 10 minutes later and again they said “it fell through the cracks and we lost your order”. We couldn’t stay any longer as it’s my fiancées birthday! So we said we would just leave. They offered a refund, but no “we’re so sorry! Anything else on the menu you would like instead?” After waiting 45 minutes to not get the food we ordered. I hope the service improves because like others say, the concept here is really cool.

The donuts are pretty tasty. It's a small little cafe, but it was nice. The drinks are pretty standard coffee and syrup drinks, but still tasty.

Insanely overpriced and poor quality food. Donuts were cold and spent $14 on a pitiful burrito. Service was good, they remake my drink when it was wrong.
