Farow is everything you want in a local restaurant: thoughtful ingredients, cozy vibes, delicious food, and amazing bartenders. Get any lamb dish whenever it’s on the menu. The burger is great, too. But the pro move is to sit at the bar. If Noah’s working, ask him for a dealer’s choice and let him surprise you with something wild and delightful (the list of drink specials is always great, too). It’s now my go-to spot for a great drink or happy hour at the end of the week.

Farow is such a gem in Niwot! The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is delicious and the cocktails are always on point. A perfect place for lunch, and an amazing evening experience. I can’t wait to come back!

The food menu is somewhat limited (by design, I believe), but every single food item we ordered was incredibly delicious! And our signature cocktails went down a little too easily... just that damn tasty. Ty was a thoroughly enjoyable server - entertainingly funny and provided us with recommendations that did not disappoint.
