We keep giving this place a shot because when the smoothies are made correctly, they’re amazing. But when they’re not, they’re awful. It’s completely inconsistent - I’d say we’ve received high-quality smoothies 20% of the time we’ve been and we spend $30+ each visit as a family. Just left and 3 of our 4 smoothies were not blended (chunks of fruit and ice) and they were also watered down. Even my 5 and 2 year old kids didn’t like them and that’s saying a lot.
As other reviews mentioned, the wait time can also be long and there is no order ahead option.
Unfortunately we’re done with this place - will be back if it looks like they’ve turned it around.

Says closed at 7 and they closed 25 minutes early. We were going to pick up a smoothie for a pregnant friend who wanted only a berry blendz smoothie. Very disappointing since there isn’t another location that’s close. If a place says they close at a certain time they should stand by that. That’s disappointing

This place doesn’t have quality ingredients. Everything tastes freezer burned and it is visually very miserable looking. Save your money and go somewhere else

I love all the choices and add-in that they have at Berry blendz. The staff has always been top, notch, very courteous. This is my new favorite place. I feel very refreshed after a Berry Blendz Smoothie.

My family and I always visit Berry Blendz every time we go to The Joint on 120th Ave. We had gone again today like we always do and order 4 drinks. The girl who took our order made us 3 drinks, moving on to the next lady's drink, I thought she had forgotten about our 4th drink. I then asked her about it and she got very snotty and bratty with me shaking her head at my family, giving my 9 year old dirty looks, my 9 years old! She was very disrespectful to us when we asked her for a refund and to speak with a manager. I asked her the managers name and her name, she then refused to give me any information, while childishly dancing around in circles. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional! She needs to loose her job! My family and I will NEVER return to this location!

If I could give this place a 0 I totally would. This place is AWFUL!! the service is trash its supposed to be a frozen drink and yet was all watery and liquid. The owner leaves kids to run this place with no help. Then when you say anything about the drink the young girl who's left working alone is fraustrated and snaps at you as if its your fault. Yells she's alone such a poorly ran buisness on top of all that expect to have a drinks made based on what's easiest to make even if you were there first. Waited 35 mins for 1 drink. RUNNNNNN....... Tropical smoothies is way better spend your money there....

They always only have 1 person working knowing it’s summer time knowing it’s gonna be busy.
Service was great. And the bathroom was clean. But come on it’s summer time and your really gonna these girls working alone? Can’t even have 2 people on a time then you should close and not work one single girl into the ground. If you go here you will have to wait awhile for your smoothie as they only ever have one poor worker working. Also you should probably get new juice machines or something cause there still leaking all over the counters after 3+ months of the last manger working there

I had previously left a not so good review here. I also had not came back since, until now. I do really enjoy the drinks here.. anyways I decided to come back and the same girl I originally saw here was here and I was so happy. She has won back my services and today is my second day in a row here. Alaysha is truly amazing!!! She makes my order perfect every time, is always so very friendly, and just makes the overall experience and drinks worth the money. As long as she is here I will be coming back! She works Monday through Friday in the mornings so make sure you go during this time and you won’t be disappointed. This 5 star is all for her, her services, and her dedication to making the food/drinks to the highest quality. We need more people like her working in customer service positions and she deserves to be taken care of by the company in my opinion as she is what’s keeping your business afloat.

The smoothies here are AMAZING! I crave the smoothies here quite often. It's a little expensive but it's worth it! However, I have to admit, I have never once gotten good customer service here. It always feels like I'm an inconvenience when I come in and order and I usually sit awkwardly waiting for my smoothie!

I live nearby and the other one I know of is all the way in Brighton and berry blendz is my FAVORITE SMOOTHIE shop and I don’t get off work until almost 6pm and with traffic I never make it on time. 😔 and the way I’m telling you I crave it it’s terrible and has me by the throat lol and they close way to early. I get not wanting to stay open until 10 but 6?! Maybe 7 wouldn’t be so bad but 6 is too early esp when people work. I’m tempted to just start buying the ingredients and making them myself. They otherwise have great service

Waited in line for 15-25 minutes then when it was my turn the girl said that she has to wash everything and it will be about 15 minutes before she can start my order. Only go here if you can stand to wait 45 minutes to an hour for you smoothie.
