Smashburger is a popular restaurant known for its delicious burgers and friendly staff. The Colorado burger is a customer favorite, praised for its great taste, though some reviews note the beef quality may have declined over time. The prices are considered reasonable, with a meal of two burgers, fries, and a drink costing around $33.
While the food is generally enjoyed, some concerns have been raised about the cleanliness and appearance of the front-of-house employees. However, the manager at one location has been praised for their excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customers feel valued. The restaurant has experienced ups and downs, with some customers mentioning that business has gone down recently, but they still love the food and hope it stays open. Many visitors have had great experiences, describing the food as delicious and the staff as friendly and welcoming. Customers appreciate fast service, clean surroundings, and attentive staff like Hunter and Josh. There are vegetarian options available, and enough parking space for this location. Overall, Smashburger provides a satisfying dining experience, focusing on tasty burgers and friendly service.
