The red headed lady has HORRIBLE customer service. She’s extremely rude and after Three attempts she still did not get our order right. They need to get better more friendly staff. It’s no wonder that location is never busy anymore. I have two children I had to feed a late dinner and my son can’t eat certain things, because of her poor customer service my son didn’t get to eat what he ordered. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated. I will NOT be spending any more money...read full review

This place just gave me the worst quality burger I have ever seen in the history of my short life, it was the new sonic something bacon double cheeseburger, it it a catastrophy, someone call gordon ramsey on this place

Service was pretty quick here in comparison to back at California. Menus were functional, payment slot was working and I even got a solid recommendation on one of their specialty drinks since there was a slight issue with a certain machine. Provided utensils needed in any situation and we all left pretty satisfied with the service!
