Stopped by this Dutch Bros coffee store in Northglenn after a bike ride (pedalling kind) in the area. Was not too crowded in the seating area or tables, but the drive thru was pretty busy with a lot of cars waiting. Friendly staff and service, the staff with a tablet took our order and it took less than 5 minutes for the order to be brought to our table. There is free parking for a handful of cars, but it looks like most of the customers go through the drive thru anyway. Bit pricey though - $7.99 + tax for a large cold drink? Oof.

I LOVE Dutch but I heard something today that had me questioning more than I usually do about the messed up world we live in. When I told the girl I am military (most shops have a little something for a discount) I wasn’t told thwy don’t have any military discount. I was told that they don’t do that and if they did, they would get in a lot of trouble. It’s very big trouble if anybody has ever given me a military discount at that location before.!!!! What bothers me is why get in trouble I mean this is like $.25 off. I’m not bothered that they don’t do one. I’m bothered that somebody would get in big trouble because they gave a small discount to a military personnel. I think that’s very sad and I did not expect that from the company that I’ve grown to really love and adore ?
Just went through a CRAZY busy drive thru and they were not only still very nice and friendly but when I got to the window and asked to add to my order they made it quickly, without hesitation, complaint and it was on the house. This is always the best dutch atmosphere, service and the drinks NEVER disappoint.

The employees at this location make my day each time I visit. It's so refreshing to have customer service consistently here. One time I added something extra to my drink and they did forget it. It really wasn't a big deal and said not to worry about it. As I was sitting at the light one of the employees ran out with the add in so that I can pour into my drink while I was at the stoplight. That blew me away.

Went here last night to get a plain black iced tea. They gave me a cup with maybe a few drops of tea and mostly water. I think they might have been out of tea and just tried to make it with what little they had left. I would expect in situations where they don’t have what was ordered they ask if you want something else or offer to refund you. Not the case here, so I essentially paid $5 for a cup of water.
