This location is probably the worst Dutch Bros location in the area. The wait times are so much longer compared to the other locations and the coffee always feels half rushed. On sticker day or promotional days the wait times are even worse. I’m not sure why this location lacks from the other locations but I would just drive an extra few minutes to another location. Also, order ahead doesn’t matter, they will make you wait in line just like everyone else. Other locations will bring it out to you for quicker service. Truly a horrible experience and location.

I am extremely disappointed. The last 3 times I have been to Dutch bros on 120th it has been horrible. I am either getting rude service, my drink is wrong or both. I used to love going there. The employees now seem miserable and they have been very rude. I am not impressed with management. I was in last Wednesday and I was charged for 2 drinks. I only ordered one. It was supposed to be refunded but I haven't received my refund. I don't want to give dutch bros anymore of my money. I won't be going back.

Horrible experience this morning when they opened they were rude an didn't seem to care about there jobs. The drinks for our cups holder where not put in the holder properly an was shoved at us like we were a problem for having four drinks when I have sleep deprived people at the house who needed coffee it ending up dumping all over our car. Just really disappointed in the costumer service wish I got the staffs names.

I thought I'd try Dutch Bros for the first time. It looks like drive through only, there's two lines, but no kiosk to order at? Just a guy roaming around, kind of like Chick-fil-a but nowhere near as organized. The line was long and didn't move fast. I just wanted a latte, no syrups, candies or accessories. Maybe its DB isnt for me since I just wanted a simple latte. The drive through line was a mess, the latte was $7.47 (incl. 1$ tip) and very average. Going out to eat or drink anything is just so painful in 2025. Oh, and the cup lid has the weirdest shape, its raised, awkward to drink out of and is like sucking on a nipple.

I normally like this place allot more, but these tick-tock drink special craze's my nephew has me trying are nasty. Once I get a few normal good coffee drinks there back in my system I'll rate it 4*again. 😂
I always have great experiences at this location. Never has my order been wrong here. I recently went in the morning with a big and complex order. They were very enthusiastic that early in the morning and was happy to help me with my order even though it back up the line. Great service and great atmosphere!

Wish I could give 0 stars, waited in line for a Order Ahead order for over 20 mins!! Literally the app said my single drink would be ready by exactly 4, I got in line at 3:55... left there with still only a single drink at 4:20. Ridiculous! Don't go to this location!!

This was frustrating from the moment I was in line. It is a two lane drive-through. I was in one and the order taker took the people on the other lane who had come after me first. Then at the window, the staff only greeted me when they handed me my drink. The drink was mediocre, not tasting at all like the pumpkin that I had ordered. Until I got to the bottom where all the syrup appear to be. I have never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros. I will not go to this one again. It is the people that make the experience and these barista‘s did not seem to be up on the Dutch Bros culture. I have never had a problem that made me not want to tip before however, today I wish I had had. My automatic tipping turned off.
