I always have great experiences at this location. Never has my order been wrong here. I recently went in the morning with a big and complex order. They were very enthusiastic that early in the morning and was happy to help me with my order even though it back up the line. Great service and great atmosphere!

Wish I could give 0 stars, waited in line for a Order Ahead order for over 20 mins!! Literally the app said my single drink would be ready by exactly 4, I got in line at 3:55... left there with still only a single drink at 4:20. Ridiculous! Don't go to this location!!

This was frustrating from the moment I was in line. It is a two lane drive-through. I was in one and the order taker took the people on the other lane who had come after me first. Then at the window, the staff only greeted me when they handed me my drink. The drink was mediocre, not tasting at all like the pumpkin that I had ordered. Until I got to the bottom where all the syrup appear to be. I have never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros. I will not go to this one again. It is the people that make the experience and these barista‘s did not seem to be up on the Dutch Bros culture. I have never had a problem that made me not want to tip before however, today I wish I had had. My automatic tipping turned off.

Stopped by this Dutch Bros coffee store in Northglenn after a bike ride (pedalling kind) in the area. Was not too crowded in the seating area or tables, but the drive thru was pretty busy with a lot of cars waiting. Friendly staff and service, the staff with a tablet took our order and it took less than 5 minutes for the order to be brought to our table. There is free parking for a handful of cars, but it looks like most of the customers go through the drive thru anyway. Bit pricey though - $7.99 + tax for a large cold drink? Oof.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular location. Woof.

I LOVE Dutch but I heard something today that had me questioning more than I usually do about the messed up world we live in. When I told the girl I am military (most shops have a little something for a discount) I wasn’t told thwy don’t have any military discount. I was told that they don’t do that and if they did, they would get in a lot of trouble. It’s very big trouble if anybody has ever given me a military discount at that location before.!!!! What bothers me is why get in trouble I mean this is like $.25 off. I’m not bothered that they don’t do one. I’m bothered that somebody would get in big trouble because they gave a small discount to a military personnel. I think that’s very sad and I did not expect that from the company that I’ve grown to really love and adore ?
