You have to try the Chocolate Covered Cherry Old Fashioned. Not even exaggerating when I say this is my favorite drink of all time!! Server was really great, prompt, attentive! Will definitely be back!
Over priced, poor food. My steak (sirloin) was over cooked and tough. The potatoes were boring and unseasoned. The sauce was the only good part of the dish. My husbands steak (bison) was over cooked and flavorless. The desserts were precut and looked like they have been in the refrigerator for several days. The drink was great. The staff was friendly and the service was good.
It took a long time to get our food. There were several tables ( more than one) that were dirty (the tables, the floor around them, etc) when we walked in and were never cleaned up while we were there. It was very unappetizing. It was not so busy that they could have been cleaned up and it was just about closing time.
This was our first time eating here and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and professional. We definitely will be coming back.
This was our 3rd visit. First one was amazing food, drinks and service. 2nd time was in a Sunday and didn't know they only do a lunch menu so we couldn't order the boils and they didn't know how to make a whiskey sour. This visit the waiter was new, the place was SO hot and asked about it they finally turned the air on. It was 100 in Pueblo. And even though we ordered the Kings Boil and Queen Boil they came without all of the seafood in them. Very disappointing to say the least. When we questioned our waiter he had to go check and ask. Told they were out of some of the items. But mostly they forgot. No adjustment on our bill. We still tipped our waiter appropriately as most of this was not his fault. Doubt we will be back again for a while.
This was the perfect experience to celebrate summer and getting back to normal! The environment is sophisticated yet welcoming, a perfect complement to the Riverwalk, and the decor is modern and uniquely stylish (a delightful surprise to find here in Pueblo!). After waiting just a little bit to get waited on (understandable for a busy Saturday evening) the service was attentive, the food was delicious and overall ~ just so excited to have discovered this place.

We had a large party of 9 and they seated us and served us in a timely manner. The green chili cornbread they give you when you sit down is amazing. I had the butternut ravioli and it was delicious. Others had the superfood salad, salmon burger, blackened chicken pasta and steak too babe a few and all were delicious. We will definitely be back.
Made reservations, showed up 15 min early, seated immediately. Food came out quickly, server and waitstaff very friendly and attentive. We had the ribeye and bison steak and a couple apps. Everything was amazing!!! Will go back to sample more of their deserts as they all looked increible.
We took some business associates to dinner. We were sat promptly but it was a good 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to greet us and get drink orders etc. I had the lavender lemoncello martini and it was very delicious. We ordered the charcuterie board for appetizer. The board was enjoyable. It took an hour for our food to come out and during that time after the appetizer came no one checked back on us for drink refills or to explain any delay. All four of us had empty drinks for over 30 minutes. I finally got up to ask for someone to take care of us and our server came over. We got refills and more water and it was another 15 minutes for our food. Two of us had the blackened chicken pasta. We were in agreement that the flavor was good but the pasta was overcooked and a little mushy. The chicken was dry as well. Another gutless had the salmon and he said it was ok. My husband had the bison and it was very overdone. They brought him a new plate and it was cooked much better but he was not a fan of the flavor. They offered to give us 4 desserts but did nothing have a menu. They said we needed to walk over to the bakery case to see what was available which we found very strange. When we walked over there we found it to be empty other than 5 desserts. Then the server came over to then tell us there were other desserts in the back. It really made no sense. The desserts were tasty. The entire experience was unfortunate. We typically will try to give something more than one try but not sure we will in this case. Bummer.

I was sadly disappointed 2 visits in a row. The watermelon radish salad was hardly a salad, but a soggy pile watermelon radish which I can only imagine that it was soaked in some sort of pickling liquid for some time, then served as is. The following week, I ordered the seafood dish. While the scallops were tasty, I experienced a similar issue with the broccolini that was to be served with, but came on the side absolutely drenched and soggy from a huge about of oil. It was not edible. The corn on the cob seemed like it sat out for days. I could not eat that as well. The sweet waitress told us she'd give the waiter feedback. We were not offered a comp on the bill or replacement vegetables. We plan to give this restaurant one more attempt to redeem their reputation with us. Bummed that we had to write this review, but we had higher hopes than these 2 visits.
Our meals were delicious. The menu is a bit eclectic so it includes dishes not normally encountered. We will definitely return. A bit of acoustics in the ceiling might help with the noise level.
6 of us went for dinner on Saturday evening. The place was very cold (temperature). It has very high ceilings so the noise level is high. Service was great. Proscecco was warm not cold. The seared salmon was well cooked, not seared. The Short ribs were liked. The Queen and King seafood was liked. The ravioli was burnt on one plate and the other was definitely well done. The ravioli does not come with a sauce (very dry) and the pasta was hard not soft it lacked flavor and did need some type of sauce. Oysters were fresh. The bacon jam appetizer was okay - I don't think I would order again, but some in my group did like it and would order again. I think I would still go back and try it again.
My husband and I tried 4 of Hart's Sat with friends. We all loved our meals. We had lamb burger, shrimp po boy, roasted cauliflower, grilled cajun chicken salad, and rosemary fries. Our waitress was excellent. We finished off meal with cheesecake.
We took advantage of the buy one get one free lunch last week and were not disappointed in trying out this restaurant. Lots of tasty selections on the menu. Large plate portions and the buffalo burger and sage fries were great. The staff were friendly and I received a delicious dis of ice cream and a birthday card signed by all!
