Last Sunday we were double charged for $70+ which we immediately informed them while we were in the location. The lady that attended us had stated it was only charged once. Well that was untrue as both charges posted to my credit card which I went on Wednesday to get it refunded, however, the owner refused to provide me a refund and said that my bank was incorrect. Therefore, I left and disputed it with my bank which then I get a call back from the owner to go back to the location. Which it is not okay as the resolution should have been provided when I had first went as that is the principle of being a business owner.

Too expensive!! My children ordered bubble gum ice cream and it was horrible. I will not go to this place again. It is not worth spending so much and super poor quality.

I went in for the first time and ordered the funnel cake. I thought it would of been made fresh. Nope, the lady working took it out of the freezer and I don't know how she warmed it up but when I went to go eat it, it was so hard you needed a hammer just to break it. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt. I paid 15.00 for garbage. You could get better food from a garbage can. Don't waste your money . ITS HORRIBLE
