Prost Brewing Company Reviews
Take the saltshaker away from the chef. My husband salts things a lot more than I care for and he even thought everything was way too salty. Most processed foods restaurants order in are already too high in salt. Provide saltshakers for those who want more. I couldn't taste the kraut or the mushroom gravy on the Jagersnitzle for all the salt. Really bad for people with high blood pressure. We won't eat there again.
I'm a German beer guy. You can't do better than Prost for German style pilsners, lagers, Helles, and Kolsh. I'm not a wheat or dark beer drinker so I can't talk to those but what I do like, they have, and they brew it well.
Overall, a nice piece of Germany in Colorado.
I visited the new Prost Brewing in Northglenn this past Sunday for an event my business partner and I hosted. We had the most fantastic experience! Not only are the drinks amazing (I highly recommend the tangerine seltzer and the espresso martini), food was delicious, atmosphere lively, but staff was friendly and super easy to work with as well. We really appreciated management working with us to host our event here! We will absolutely be back!!!
