Was in drive through line, car ahead of me moved forward, as I approached the order sign all lights turned off. I. I hink it's shameful that they cut off all orders for those in line. 9:58pm 07/01/2025 and I'm having to ask the dark sign Are you guys closed,? Not even respectful enough to apologize and tell me they're closed. Just to let you know also, I've read the reviews prior to me writing this and it funny that nearly all the negative reviews have a reply that's obviously a generic pre-written reply saying the same remarks
Until the owner gives a turd, this will never change. Consumers spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There's lots of other choices.

This location is on average a 3-4 star experience at best. There are times that they are fast, and accurate, but most of the time they’ll forget something like napkins or a dipping sauce and you’ll wait on average five minutes if order ahead on the app ( I usually do). However, I’m not sure what the problem was but having to wait 20 minutes to get my food handed to me, after it sat in their window for a minimum of 10 minutes. Half of the ice in my drink was melted before I had to go in and demand they hand me my bag of food. I watched carefully after car, person after person, order after order get taken and completed in the time I was there. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that amount of time after ordering on the online app. Since the workers here had decided to completely ignore my order everything is now cold. So be careful coming here, they might just ignore you.

Had trouble with the app the last two times and lost out on my deals wasn't able to save the $8 I should have been able to save and they wouldn't honor it. It's a place is going to have an app they should have a way to honor to keep on it on the app and cooperating.

The fried pickles were terrible.. they were over cooked and actually stabbed me... the worker... didn't give me your utensils argued with me when I said that she didn't give me the other drink that I ordered and then gave me attitude about it. I let her know I wouldn't be back and she rolled her eyes at me. This is actually the second time I have been to this location and i've had a poor experience. I will take my money elsewhere. I miss the days where Customer Service was actually a thing. Now it's like just a space to fill the floor. As I was waiting for my order.. she didn't even check to see what was on the ticket and she just was on her phone. I definitely will not be back. Oh

SONIC should fire all those young people that knows nothing about customer service.
SUNDAY March 30,2025 (around 8-9pm)
MY sons Birthday and he went to get his free milkshake and side.
They were all laughing and saying he was crazy, that they didn't have that service. They were laughing at him.
My son have social anxiety and I just encouraged him to go there and have his free dessert and this happened. YOU KNOW how bad this was for him??!!! SONIC do better and take actions with those employees.

Earlier today went to go get sonics for my kids for lunch and as we were making our way to the drive thru we seen a big rat dead in one of the parking areas my husband seen it first and decided we are no longer going to eat there or even order from there that grossed us out so we left and looked for something else but our kids love eating there, sucks we won't be going there anymore.

This is ridiculous. Before now I had trouble with getting my drinks right both shakes and actual fountain drinks. And now this is the second time I have gone to get something from there and they are closed before their closing time which is 11 Mind you and I went at 10:30 pm. And what do I see? They are closed again. This location either needs to shut down or just do better.
