Barista over complicating a drink when you know exactly how you wanted your drink crafted was really rude through the drive through.

OMG I LOVEEEEEEE this Starbucks!!!!!! Porsha and sally go above and beyond and so do all of the wonderful people I see every morning!! I could never start my day without going here first!! This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give them a higher rating! Also there are so many wonderful people working here! I am trying to learn everyone’s names!! I feel like such a star going here every morning they really do make me feel

Convenient location to meet up with small or large groups. Plenty of seating space, indoor or outside, accommodating for someone in a wheelchair. Staff are courteous and efficient. Drinks are what you would expect--absolutely delicious!

I really had to use the restroom and was waiting for my business meeting guest to arrive to order together and they would not let me use the restroom until I ordered. Such bad service!

Kicking people out of a restaurant is an oppressive practice and will no longer support Starbucks as a whole. Saying "have a great day" does not reduce the impact of an oppressive practice.

Had a great experience at this Starbucks! The drinks were perfect, and the service was even better. Kristen was super friendly and made my order just right. She had a great attitude and really brightened my day. Definitely coming back!

Was in the drive thru on a snowy day, and it was a short wait. The cashier at the window was quick and friendly.

This Starbucks takes longer than any Starbucks in the country. Both the drive through and in store. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. I’ve tried ordering ahead on the app with mobile order and still waited for more than 10 minutes for a simple Misto. Not even a complicated drink

Where is the manager. Their service sucks. Cutting time in the drive through.
The cashier was very polite, so no complaints there. But my order was completely wrong. I ordered the Elphab cold brew & recieved a matcha drink. This was my first time ordering this drink, so when I initially received it I thought maybe they had mixed it for me already? The drink I ordered was supposed to have green peppermint cold foam. Once I got back to work & drank it that's when Intried it & realized this was not coffee. Thankfully I like matcha, not the biggest fan, and couldn't go back due to work. But this is not what I wanted to spend my Christmas gift card on 🥲.

I literally repeated my order 4 times and drive through window and managed to mess up my order. I said only 2 pumps of caramel brûlée sauce and add 2 shots of espresso (4 total). I don’t think that was hard but still watched the girl put 4 pumps of caramel brûlée. Poured the milk and handed it to me. Now it’s way too sweet and will have to toss it as I’m in too of a hurry to sit for them to make another one. Really hope it’s soy milk or it’s going to be a long day

Spent 30$ on 4 drinks they weren't made right and almost refused to fix it then forgot a drink altogether had to go in 3x, inside was clean
